Whether your wish is to snuggle in for a warm stay or adventure outside, the King of Hearts cabin provides both comfort and convenience! Located on a wooded hilltop sprawling 30 acres and within 10-20 minutes from all of Hocking Hills’ main attractions, all you need is here.

900 square feet of modern décor and a beautifully appointed cabin awaits you. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, open and inviting living area to soak up time with your family and friends, comfortable beds and linens and a kitchen equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Begin your mornings outside, coffee in hand by a fire and end your evenings unwinding in the six-person hot tub.

Need to connect while here? You’re covered with wifi, DirectTV and a Smart TV for streaming from your personal accounts. Other amenities include a propane grill, washer and dryer and Keurig. Dish and laundry detergents are provided as are all linens, towels and paper products including toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. You are welcome to bring your own firewood or purchase ours for only $20 per stay.

Special Notes:
Sleeping arrangements include 1 private Queen bedroom and one King loft with extra beanbag bed area.

We own two cabins on 30 acres which are both secluded from each other. If you desire accommodations for a larger party, please inquire about the availability of our second cabin. Property IDs are listed below.

Our driveway is ¼ mile long, uphill. Should you rent during snow or ice conditions, a 4WD is recommended. Plowing service is provided.

Winter visit
The cabin was great for a weekend visit in the winter. Our friends stayed in the nearby Ace of Hearts cabin with their kids so we could easily walk to hang out. The only "issues" were that the kitchen is VERY small and there is no proper dining table. We had to put all of our snacks and other food in the kids bedroom on their dresser if we wanted any kind of counter space in the kitchen. Also the Teflon pans need to be replaced. They are scraped up pretty bad and flaking. Otherwise we all slept great. It was very cozy, and we even got some snowfall on our visit, which was beautiful. It was very clean and a great location as well. My kids were happy that the WiFi worked well. :)

My husband and I snuck away for a weekend together before the Christmas craziness and we loved EVERYTHING about our stay at this perfect cabin! It was clean, it smelled nice, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was perfect; it had everything we needed! Looking forward to coming back again!

It was a cosy stay, very clean. The gravel needs graded. I’d been more concerned if we didn’t have AWD. I’d recommend putting in lights that face the parking area. I tripped over a large rock when trying to unpack the car in the dark.

This property was just what we were looking for. Beautiful location, spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed - just as described and pictured. Morning coffee/tea on the deck. After a full day of activities nearby, the hot tub was just what we needed, followed by a relaxing time by the outdoor fire. Highly recommend!

Peaceful getaway!
Beautiful property and fully equipped cabin. It was extremely quiet and peaceful - just what we wanted! Really enjoyed the cabin and hot tub. In the morning, we saw deer in the driveway and loved looking at the trees surrounding the property with a cup of coffee. It wasn't too far from anything and each time we drove somewhere, it was an adventure as it took about 15-20 minutes to most places. We didn't have a chance to try the grill but there was one there on the nice deck and we didn't hangout at the fire pit. I really feel like if you're in HH to hike, a 3 night stay is mandatory. We enjoyed breakfast at the Hocking Hills Diner one morning and had dinner & drinks at the Home Tavern in Logan twice - super casual and good food! We stayed 2 nights and I wish we had one more day. Definitely a place to come back to!

Wonderful clean quality cabin in a perfect location.
The location was perfect. There were 4-5 other cabins (Poker’s Run) along this extensive driveway, but we were completely secluded. A short drive from all 7 hiking locations. The craftsmanship of the cabin is superb. The dishes, pans, blender are all relatively new. It is the perfect cozy space. The hot tub is a pleasure after long hikes. The place had coffee pods & cream available on our arrival. Make sure to stop for snacks, water & Kleenex on your way. There was also laundry detergent & dryer sheets. We kept a separate bag for recyclables & disposed of them at Old Man’s cave entrance. Personally, since there are two beds - max 2 adults & 2 children. The loft bedroom is open so if sharing with another couple - privacy is not optimal. For the 2 of us - it was the perfect fit. We would definitely stay there again should we return to hocking hills.
