„Sehr abgelegen, weitab von jeglicher Zivilisation, dafür ist man in absoluter Nähe zum Eingang des North Cascades NP. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. Tankstelle gibt es auf jeden Fall in Darrington, eventuell noch in Concrete. Restaurants gibt es nicht in der näheren Umgebung, essensmäßig kann man sich besser selbst versorgen. „This cabin was a perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life. We stayed in February, and the whole place was covered in snow. We barely saw anyone else our entire time.It's nestled in the woods next to a little river and was a perfect place for my wife and two of our friends to get away. It had plenty of creature comforts (we made ample use of the coffee station) and was very clean.I highly recommend this listing for anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature.“

„Was already nice and toasty inside which was wonderful since it was freezing outside. All instructions were easy to follow getting there and inside the cabin. Very clean with a little binder that had details on anything we’d want to know. Everything stocked inside that we could need so that was a nice surprise. TV outdated and very slow, that’s the only small gripe we had. “

„We just stayed for a night to go snowshoeing up at baker; the place was cute, clean, very central to the Mt Baker area, and we really enjoyed taking advantage of the resort’s amenities. Joanna was very nice and quick to respond to questions. Wish we were staying longer.“

„Our stay was during the rainy month of late October and even though the weather was drizzly. The surrounding trees allowed us to enjoy the outside space as much as possible. Trips to the hot tub, outhouse, and outside kitchen were protected from the rain drops by the majestic canopy. The inside space was the perfect respite from wind and rain. We enjoyed our escape from home.“

„The wall of windows looking out at Skagit River was spectacular. Having that view from the spacious living room/dining area with its fireplace, exposed rock-faced chimney, and comfy sofas made it a wonderful place to relax. With the cabin's proximity to town, we got take-out so we could dine in the beautiful cabin instead! The cabin is dog-friendly with its fenced yard, and it was just a short walk to the public trail down to the shoreline of the river. “

„Great spot, and a wonderful place to stay with your spouse, we enjoyed the spot and the layout and amenities. Was very hot at night with heat off and ceiling fan on high, even so we had to have both loft windows opened enjoying the winter breeze. Wifi is absolutely terrible. Very hard to stream anything. „We had great communication from the time we booked. A really clear guide so we knew what to expect. We loved the hot tub, and we really liked watching the adorable cows while we soaked.
