„Victor's home was the absolute perfect place for a large group of us have a weekend "reunion" in Rockport. The house was beyond spectacular -- gorgeous, comfortable, and perfectly located to walk to Bearskin Neck and the water. We enjoyed the hot tub (the biggest we had ever seen!) and the kitchen was the best appointed we've ever experienced in a rental property. „The property was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful. Easy parking and very walkable distance to downtown area. „In town for a show at Wally's and the location was perfect! Cutest little cottage!! Parking is tricky but we fit without issue. Would be best for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children. „The cottage was a comfortable place to be while the ocean just down the block raged against the rocks and seawalls. The space met every need that arose: zone heating when I wanted to warm the bedroom loft but not the downstairs, shampoo & conditioner when I realized I'd forgotten mine, beach towels when I briefly considered going to the beach (but then stay in because some rain and cold wind started.)
