„Quiet place with self check in. Communication was good. We got a room with a shared bathroom since it was just my daughter and I it worked out well. I would not recommend this for a family stay. The room was small without a TV but there was a shared area with a TV fridge and microwave. Worked out well for our one night visit to North Cascades.“

„Sehr abgelegen, weitab von jeglicher Zivilisation, dafür ist man in absoluter Nähe zum Eingang des North Cascades NP. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. Tankstelle gibt es auf jeden Fall in Darrington, eventuell noch in Concrete. Restaurants gibt es nicht in der näheren Umgebung, essensmäßig kann man sich besser selbst versorgen. Rockport besteht nur aus ein paar Häusern und einer Post. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach und schon ganz schön abgewohnt. Wir haben aber in der Nähe nichts anderes gefunden und ...

„A very clean and spacious cabin/house with total privacy. Easy access from the highway and close to the NCNP and hiking trails. Owner is easily accessible if there are any issues. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances and cookware needed-however bring any foods/spices/etc as there is only S&P available at the cabin. Recommended for a long term accommodations.“

„My husband and I were visiting the North Cascades after several nights in various hotels in other areas. This VRBO was very close to the entrance to the NP. It was the perfect size for the two of us! Being able to walk just a few steps to a restaurant, store, and coffee shop was very convenient! “

„We Wanted to spend a couple nights in a cabin on the river while doing hikes in the North Cascades. we felt ourselves to be extremely fortunate to have found Somnia Vera Riverside retreat. The cabin and setting were gorgeous. Everything was carefully thought out by the owners. Communication was exemplary. „We went hiking at Maple Pass loop so glad to find this place. We arrived in the dark and had some difficulty locating the house so highly recommend getting there during the daytime. The front door wouldn’t open but luckily back door wasn’t locked so we could get in and contacted the management and they came out the next day to fix the door. „Very cozy place, close to various trails in the North Cascades. Deck was great, though unfortunately for us we had rain and couldn't utilize. Supplies in both kitchen and bath were good, though wished for a standard coffee maker (we're big coffee drinkers) Microwave would be nice as well.
