„This cabin is amazing! First of all, it is IMMACULATE! We live in the country so I know how hard it is to keep dust, bugs, spiders, etc. out of your home. But this place is spotless. It is very quiet with only the sounds of nature. Since we went during a dry spell, the creek was not flowing but we spent every minute of our free time on the back porch and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Scott was absolutely wonderful to deal with and the whole process was smooth as silk. I highly recommend this ...

„We had a great time at the cabin, which was actually built by my grandfather. It served as a family gathering place for decades until a family dispute required us to sell it. I miss the cabin my grandfather named Le’Arpent, a Cajun term for “about an acre”. The house is quaint, calm, and has a nice view of and access to the lake. We loved the kayaks!“

„We loved the location out of town for the Lake House (although it’s a very winding road after 2 days on the road) Our Golden Doodle felt right at home with front & back doggy doors, too! Had some power flickers, guessing this is because of utilities work in the area, vut wasn't sure. Power never stayed completely off, was onlh off for a couple seconds each time. Driveway is very steep and loose gravel doesn't help. Better marking at the driveway would be nice to locate the property, pretty much guessed it was it by the looks.
