Cozy apartment in the San Giovanni district, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the second floor with elevator, it consists of a large double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a service balcony. Equipped with AC and wifi connection. The area is full of shops, supermarkets, bars, a stone's throw from the famous Caffarella park. Nearest underground stop is Furio Camillo (metro A).

Nunzia Home San Giovanni
We stayed for a week at Nunzia Home San Giovanni in Rome. The apartment is very nice and ideal for a family with two children. It is located slightly outside the city center in a residential area with various smaller shops nearby, including a larger supermarket. There are also a few restaurants in the vicinity. A bus stop is very close to the apartment, and the 628 bus line takes you directly to the city center in 15 minutes. Additionally, the Metro stations are just a 15-minute walk away. The only issue we encountered at the beginning of our stay was with one of the ACs. The AC in the living room worked perfectly, but the second unit, located in a small corridor between the two bedrooms, had limited cooling capacity. It was unclear whether this was due to a technical issue with the AC itself or because it was (mis)installed in a small corridor between the bedrooms rather than in the bedrooms. Additionally, the week before we arrived had been extremely hot in Rome, so all the rooms were quite overheated when we entered, making it difficult to cool down, particularly the bedrooms. The support from StayinRomeApartments was very helpful, and they promptly provided us with two additional fans to mitigate the issue. We really appreciate their assistance! In summary, I can definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome, even for an extended period. However, I would suggest considering a visit outside the hottest part of the year, as temperatures can easily exceed 30°C.

Nice property
We had stayed elsewhere in the city earlier in the week and it was loud and uncomfortable. We were very happy to move to this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and full amenities. The neighborhood was a bit of the beaten path but it was easy to get a cab or take a long walk. We loved that there was a proper supermarket across the street. The host was very nice and helpful!

Beautiful apartment, bigger than in the pictures! In a wonderful neighborhood, with wonderful local shops and places to eat within walking distance! They left a book with a bunch of great information that we did use. I would definitely choose this place again!

Cute local spot to stay just outside the city
Adriano was very helpful and communicative during our stay - extremely friendly and made everything very easy. The location was good - if you aren’t short on time it’s a nice walk to the city area, but there are also a few buses very close by that go to the centre. Huge bedrooms was a plus, place was tidy and as advertised. Thanks for the stay!

Quiet Charming Location
Thank you so much! Your apartment was one of the best we stayed in during our 5 week trip. The location is wonderful as it is a really short walk to the underground station that can take you to all the tourist locations in Rome, But what is best is the quiet Latin quarter location which makes it a peaceful break after doing all the tourist things. Having a grocery store right across the street was so convenient as well. Thank you for sharing your property.

Convenient location

Awesome Place to Stay in Rome
We really enjoyed our stay at Nunzia Home. It was convenient to the Metro and was in a nice quiet residential area. Everything we needed was within easy reach. The property itself was spacious, light and clean. We would definitely recommend Nunzia to anyone traveling to Rome.
