„We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. “

„I would definitely rebook this place. Property was in a secured safe gate community that had lots to offer to add to your visit & very friendly staff. Loved the views of the beach & hearing the waves crash just few away. Left with total island vibes thanks to this place. “

„Very well maintained. Owner thought of just about everything you might need. He sent an awesome info packet with all you need to know about the condo and the area including 2 sets of directions from the airport before we arrived making getting there a breeze. Extremely clean.“

„We had the most wonderful time staying here in the beautiful Aquatika Condo 7203. The condo is gorgeous, there is a TON for the kids to do (pools, beach, mini golf, playgrounds) and it is steps to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The host was so kind, communicative and honest and when we arrived, Juan Carlos was amazing. He was waiting when we arrived and got us in so easily. Answered all of our questions and just made the check in and check out smooth. We would come back in a heartbeat. ...

„Our family with four children had a very comfortable stay. Plenty of room as well as beach towels, toys, snorkels, etc. Location is literally across the street to the beach. The pool was wonderful to soak in when we wanted fresh water to swim in. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!“

„We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!“

„Beautiful place with everything furnished. Coffee maker and espresso makers. Washer dryer. Easy access to beach although the waves were rough when we were here. The lounge chairs life jacket and many other things were available for us to use. There was a lot of thoughts put into this. The toilet paper is super soft too! It’s all a luxurious vibe. „The location and neighborhood were great. The place didnt seem match the listing. The gate to enter and exit was tricky. We called the owner and he walked us through the process and then it was fine. It would be nice if the balcony was covered.“

„We had a wonderful time staying here! Pool was refreshing, so close to the beach, comfy condo, close to el yunque, Fajardo, and other places! It was clean and stocked with chairs for the beach, volleyball, and had a cute balcony to relax on. 10/10. Would totally stay again. “

„Grundsätzlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft - wäre weiterzuempfehlen. Erreichbarkeit (auch mit google maps) nicht so einfach - hier wäre ein Hinweis vorab toll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass man keine Vorab-Infos bzgl Check-in erhält, ist die Vermieterin auch ziemlich herablassend, wenn man sich nach der Endreinigung erkundigt. Denn anders als auf Expedia beschrieben (entweder 25$ Endreinigungsgebühr oder selber sauber machen) beharrt die Dame auf ...

Nice swimming pool, nice sea view.

"The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though."

"This cozy apartment had everything we needed for a short stay like bath and towels. A comfortable bed, mosquito nets and air conditioning ensured a restful night. Although the small Roku TV hat many applications it wasn’t possible to add other apps because the PIN was not available. The functional mini fridge added convenience, leaving no room for complaints. Sadly the room interior didn’t look exactly like on the pictures. Also we had a hard time with the locking and unlocking our doors."
