„This property is amazing. It has everything we need. Location is perfect for our needs. Secluded but close to the thins we need. Ana and Juan are very easy to work with and appreciated them being flexible. The 3 in 1 pool table provides great entertainment for all. This is our 2nd rental here and will be up for a 3rd.“

„My husband and I wanted to have a weekend away for ice fishing. Cabin is in a great location close to the lake. Beds are very comfortable and there's a nice wood stove (gas) to keep the cabin warm. We weren't able to fish on Higgins due to ice not as thick as we'd hoped but we were able to fish on Houghton Lake. Fish we caught too small to keep. We had lunch/dinner at the Cut River Grille at Higgins Lake and the Beechwood Cafe in Roscommon. Highly recommend! Also went to Fred's in ...

„Wonderful fall weekend get away up North on Higgins Lake. Cottage is fully equipped, nice clean home, comfortable beds and family room, nice fire pit and chairs. Close to community dock to watch sunset and launch kayaks. Great street to walk with views of lake. Would definitely stay here again! “
