Fall Getaway
This property was perfect for a fall getaway for my husband and me. It was cozy and clean and well appointed with comfy beds and furniture. We were one house off the water on a quiet street that allowed us to take long walks and enjoy lake views and wonderful "Up North" trees. We encountered friendly neighbors out enjoying the fall weather. We drove over to both State parks for beach time as well as a short 30 minute drive to Hartwick Pines state park. The kitchen was well equipped if we had wanted to prepare meals (we chose to eat out). We are looking forward to coming back and maybe even bringing another couple (plenty of room!) Super clean and quiet!

The house was ok, can tell they are working through some updating. Otherwise amenities provided were great. Nice fluffy towels and comfy bedding. You only see a sliver of the lake, but can walk down to a dock at the end of the road. The lake is beautiful! We swam there and star gazed at night. Other than that my only major negative were the barking dogs next door. to the dock down the road

Great spot to stay near Higgins Lake
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - spent every day on Higgins Lake. Was nice coming back each night to such a nice place to stay. Boat friendly - located on a non busy street so you are able to back into the driveway with your boat and trailer and have plenty of time to do so. Owner was very nice, helpful, and quick to respond to questions leading up to and during our stay. WiFi/Internet is very fast. I really loved the open area with the dining room, kitchen, island, and living room all together - made for very enjoyable evenings with the family. We loved our time here, and would definitely stay again.

Cute Higgins Lake Cottage
My family enjoyed our 3 night stay at Robin's Cottage. We were in town to visit family and friends in the area. The cottage was perfect for our small family to sleep, eat, clean-up, and do laundry whilst enjoying time at Higgins lake and the nearby river. We even enjoyed a campfire with family when the temps dipped to 60 degrees one day. I would stay here again if we are in the area.
