This is an amazing HUGE unique property. It is one large 100+ year old house that has 2 additional separate units attached with their own access to enter. That means 3 living rooms and also 3 fully stocked kitchens with all plate-ware, cookware, silverware, etc! What a great way for family and friends to come together but also able to retire to their own space when needed. This property boasts beautiful mountain views and has the feel of the country yet still close to the city. Come give it a try!  Home Layout:  The main home sits on the right and it has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the left side of the home and there is 1 bedroom closer to the kitchen. There is a living area in the middle of the home and a large dining room/sunroom over by the kitchen. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, the room next to it has a queen bed, then down the hall the bedroom has a bunk bed (full on bottom twin on top) and lastly, the bedroom closer to the livingroom/kitchen has a queen bed. Attached to the main home is the upstairs and downstairs newly renovated addition. The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen size beds. The kitchen and living room is an open space concept with lots of seating in the dining area and a large L shaped couch in the living room. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. The downstairs basement unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. Each unit has a kitchen fully stocked with plateware, glassware and cookware. We provide a medium roast and a dark roast coffee with a Keurig coffee maker in each kitchen. There are no wine glasses and no grill  on the property so please plan accordingly. ** Important things to note!! 1. This property sits on top of a hill. There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top with plenty of parking available. MAX amount of parking for 12 people.  2. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! 3. All of the fireplaces are decorative ONLY and do not work. 4. The Ice machine in the main house does not work.  5. As advertised above, there is not a way to enter each unit from the outside. They are 3 separate units on one house.  6.  The Barndominium on the other side of the property is also an Airbnb - Please reach out if you would like inquire about that as well.  7. 4 Dogs MAX allowed - thank you!  Dog rules: All dogs must not be left unattended in the home without supervision unless they are left in a crate. Please keep your dog on a leash outside at all times and kindly pick up after your pups waste outside. No dogs allowed on Furniture.
