„We had a party of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) and all fit comfortably. The house has an awesome view and love the walking path and beach right out front. Being here allowed us to easily get to the north or south shore for day adventures. “

The management company was excellent at communicating and answering any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! The coconut marketplace had a lot to offer with food and shopping, very close to all our excursions and close to the grocery store.“

„The location of this house is perfect - near the beach and walkable distance to grocery stores. It was comfortable for our family and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils. The property owner was extremely responsive to all my questions and requests, even delivering propane for the barbecue on Christmas morning!“

„This place was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat! It is literally right on the ocean. The east side is centrally located to get to all parts of the island. One word of caution, if you do plan on going south a lot, the traffic can be quite bad. The view and the space was worth it though. The pool was very nice. The unit had everything you would need. Close to shopping and dining. Very clean. I felt right at home. Hope to able to visit again one day!“

„This house was perfect for exploring Kauai. Easy walk to the ocean. Fast drive to either side of the island. Plenty of hikes close by. Bike path is right there for biking, running or strolling. Down town Kapa'a is a close walk. Kitchen was very well stocked. Safeway is a close walk. There was plenty of room for all of use. 4 kids shared the upstairs room and the adults each had a room and bathroom. The ocean breeze keeps the house cool. „Such a beautiful vibe at this well planned and well kept home! Our two daughters, their spouses, and two grandsons age 9 & 12 enjoyed a great stay with us. Careful thought was evident in every area of family life, from dining to sleeping to beach gear. Walked everywhere on the beautiful path, enjoyed the comfy beach views, moments away from groceries and shops. Comfortable for us in our seventies, gangs of fun for the preteens. „This was our first visit to Hawaii and we couldn't have found a better property to stay at. Secluded, quiet and well maintained. The River Cottage was so well equipped with kitchen ware, microwave, full oven, refrigerator and even Alexa for listening 🎧 to music at night on our Lanai. "Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auf Kauai! An der Unterkunft sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sie liegt an Meer und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Handtücher dazu können im Hotel geliehen werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sie haben nicht die neuste Ausstattung aber sind trotzdem sehr gut erhalten und sehr sauber! Morgens gibt es ein Grab and Go Frühstück, welches man natürlich auch im Frühstücksraum essen kann. Wir fanden es super! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! "
