„Lugar não atende, ao meu ver, o standard da Hoteis.com! Manutenção zero!! Tudo quebrado! O espelho do banheiro onde fiquei estava quebrado, saiu da parede, estava no chão, sem falar da situação do chuveiro e portas do “box”! Quando chegamos havia chovido e tinha água dentro do quarto, a moça que nos recebeu teve que usar rodo para tirar a agua… roupas de cama sujas, tv no quarto, porém não funciona porque não tem tomada, aliás tem apenas uma tomada no quarto que é usada para o repelente ...

„After reading how in the ghetto's in Africa, you have to be careful if you are white. We decided it was near airport as stated, but in a shanty town that was with even driving 10 minutes off the main road. There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. The young woman in charge looked at us as if we were strange due to the fact, after seeing the location, we backed out of staying in the motel. It was the best home or business in the area that we saw. But ...

„Everything was perfect and the room are big enough,they feed you and they are friendly, the only issue was make sure that you don’t pay online when you booking because I don’t know where the money goes, we had to pay again at the hotel and claim your money back which doesn’t make any sense, ather than that it’s perfect for the price “

„The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food prepared by the guest house cook was excellent! Our only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, but that may have been due to the fact that we didn't know to plug in the water heater.“

„I had a great time at Virunga Homestay, I initially only booked for a few nights but then stayed over a week. Francis is a very considerate, helpful, and accommodating host. The place is very clean, spacious and quiet. The homestay has good wifi and warm showers and the breakfast was wonderful, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back. “

„Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been paid. Then the owner called stating that it was late so we could stay and that payment could be discussed in the morning. The hotel did not have wifi as advertised, there was no running or hot water ...

"We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast to the full, it was incredibly tasty! The rooms were cleaned twice a day, fresh drinking water was topped up regularly, and at the end there were great surprises such as a fruit basket, a handwritten card and more. A super sweet idea that we were very happy about. A gym that left nothing to be desired, two great pools and an extremely tasteful design rounded off the whole thing. Thanks to the Heaven Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful country and will definitely recommend the hotel complex to others. And all this at an absolutely fair price."

"Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Leider bekam ich ein Zimmer im ersten Stock über dem Eingang. Der Stadtblick war ein Blick auf den Parkplatz bzw. zwei Hochhäuser. Wer einen Stadtblick im üblichen Sinn möchte sollte den Panoramablick wählen. Da ist die Stadt bzw. der Garten dann auch zu sehen."

"Oasis Park ist perfekt für Reisende nach Kigali, die statt eines Hotels ein Serviced Apartment suchen. Nicht nur sind die Unterkünfte richtig gut, zusätzlich gibt es eine bewachte Parkgarage, eine Rezeption - und ein Café, die morgens leckeres Frühstück zubereiten. Ich würde bei zukünftigen Reisen nach Kigali wieder Oasis Park wählen."
