Quick getaway
Property was very clean, and listing was accurately described, communication was great with manager of property we felt valued..would recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and relax away from the city but still have access to mid town..book the access to the hot tub it was a added bonus

Centrally located with a great view. Great size for 1-2 ppl. Not really a lot of outdoor privacy but all in all it was a really great stay.

Great Long Weekend Stay
We rented the property for a long weekend for a couple's trip. Overall, the property was clean, well maintained and in an excellent location! It was cozy and the perfect size for the two of us. We included the hot tub rental, and it was very peaceful and quiet, and the water was the perfect temperature! Reed was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy apartment and amazing location!
My husband, dogs, and I all had a great stay! It’s a small place, but perfect for 2 people and a couple of dogs. The property manager, Reed, did a fantastic job of communicating with us. It was a great spot for shopping. We didn’t have to find parking at all, which was really convenient on the week of Christmas. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a cozy getaway within walking distance of the main shopping area in Ruidoso.

Perfect location
We were pleasantly surprised w the location. It was right in the middle of town. Walking distance to everything, wineries, brewery, shops, and restaurants. The owner was very communicative and made everything really easy. The property was clean and we opened the windows to river. Definitely recommend.

Recharging my soul was in Ruidoso
Like Reed said "all you need is a toothbrush" well basically, and he was correct...housekeepers were super friendly and curious and rooms were seriously clean. My dogs loved it too.I'm going home recharged thank you Reed.Loved everything ❤️

Not what we expected
Location was the only thing this property had going for it. The condo was extremely small and hardly comfortable for two (or even one). My wife and I are not large people, and my shoulders were nearly touching both sides of the shower wall, not to mention the shower randomly switching from scorching to freezing as it pleased. I've also never witnessed such thin walls. We could hear distinct conversations and sasquatch footsteps from our neighbors that woke us up at 5am. The heater wreaked like it hadn't been turned on all winter, and the stench never went away. We've stayed in many vrbo's and this was near the top for worst experiences. There was no soap, or anything for that matter in the condo, and we could not open the door as we first arrived from our 11-hour drive because we did not have the check-in email from the host.

Trip to Ruidoso
We had a nice stay and the location is great for exploring the area by foot. The hot tub was a nice addition, especially on the cold nights. The only cons were lack of pillows (only two on the bed) and we had trouble with the heater. However, the owner seems apt to fix it.
