„I booked this place as a surprise anniversary get away. We loved our stay here. We enjoyed staying in watching The Lord of the Rings right next to the beautiful hobbit door! We also enjoyed venturing out to some great State Parks: Less than 10 minutes from Lake Dardanelle and about 45 min from Petit Jean. The Hobbit House also seemed like it would be a great getaway for a family or friends who love Tolkien. Kitchen is great if you want to cook your own meals and the couches and bed are comfy. ...

„We were a group of six adults on our annual motorcycle trip. This house served all of our needs separate bedrooms the 2 1/2 baths were great. Location was beautiful with lake Dardenelle in the backyard. There was extra toilet paper and paper towels. There was laundry soap provided, and dryer sheets. Plenty of towels. Icemaker was awesome. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five star overall was just a few up keeps the drawer in the refrigerator was broken. The dishwasher soap latch ...

„While the unit was nice and had everything we needed, you could not walk outside without stepping on geese poop. Would recommend that vegetation around the boat dock be cleared.“
