1. La Maison du Maître
The Maison du Maître is the largest residence on the estate and occupies the entire north-facing facade.
It is a spacious, elegant and carefully furnished two-storey house with large Provençal terraces, woods and magnificent views over the landscape.
The stone walls are very thick, the house is naturally cool in summer and comfortably heated during winter.
Surrounded by the colours and scents of the rose bushes, laurel and lavender, and by the song of the cicadas in season, you'll enjoy unforgettable meals or moments of relaxation.
The house comprises, on the ground floor :
- A fully equipped kitchen (+ fireplace) opening onto the terraces.
- A large dining room with a table for 10.
- A spacious lounge with fireplace, piano, armchairs and sofa bed.
- A large studio annex, with a 160cm x 200cm bed, a 90cm x 190cm bed and a sofa bed. The studio has its own kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.
- A large utility room with washing machine.

- "Pink" bedroom, with a 90cm x 200cm bed.

2. La Maison des Rosiers
La Maison des Rosiers is a large residence of 250m2 on two floors. It has its own terrace, lawn and courtyard of fragrant rose bushes.
A large table in the shade of the vines provides a peaceful and comfortable space at any time of day.

- A large, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace
- A spacious dining room with table and chairs for 8 people
- A sitting room with fireplace, television and sofa.

3. La Maison du Colorado
La Maison du Colorado comprises a beautiful flat on the first floor and a spacious studio on the ground floor.
The house offers magnificent views of the Provençal Colorado mountains and the property's olive orchard. The house is naturally bright and well furnished. The rooms have air conditioning.
A flower-filled courtyard and a large terrace are at your disposal. It's a superb place for meals with family and friends, surrounded by the colours and scents of roses, laurel, lavender and passionflowers.
The upstairs flat comprises :
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen;
- A beautiful dining room, with AC
- A first bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and AC unit
- A second bedroom with a 135cm x 190cm bed and AC unit
- A large bathroom and separate WC.
The studio on the ground floor comprises
- A large living area, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a 160cm x 200cm bed;
- A large bathroom, WC and washing machine.
4. La Maison de l'Auvent
La Maison de l'Auvent is a charming 120m2, two-storey residence accessed via a staircase of a dozen steps. The front door opens onto a small terrace shaded by a large honeysuckle and a beautiful rosebush.
There is also a courtyard with flowers and a large terrace. This is a superb place for meals with family and friends, surrounded by the colours and scents of the rose bushes, laurel and lavender.
The house comprises, on the ground floor :
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
- A large dining room + lounge, with AC
And on the first floor:
- A first bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed and AC unit
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm) and AC unit
- A bathroom and WC.
The 4 houses have a total of 14 bedrooms, for up to 29 people (or 35 people, including sofa beds and addtional beds).
This is an ideal property for large groups wishing to holiday with family, friends or to organise events.
All the gardens, woods, the olive orchard and the swimming pool of La Grande Bastide are accessible to our guests only. Please respect the flora and fauna, as well as other potential residents.
From the pool (6m x 12m, secured) you have a magnificent view of the Vaucluse Mountains, the Luberon, the valley and the vineyards. The pool lining was completely renovated in 2024. The water is treated with magnesium salts, making it odourless and much gentler for your skin than conventional chlorine.
The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained by a specialised company. Sun loungers and a shower are available by the pool.
Access to the property is via an automated gate requiring a security code. The entrance road is flat and lined with trees and plants, leading directly to the private car park in front of the residence. The property is enclosed by a fence.
La Grande Bastide is close to many of Provence's historic sites, including Roussillon, Gordes, Sault, Forcalquier and Manosque. You can also reach Avignon, Aix en Provence, Cavaillon and Carpentras in an hour or less.
The region is very popular with walkers and cyclists. You can walk to the Colorado Provençal in less than 10 minutes and follow the many trails within it. You can also enjoy wonderful bike rides through vineyards and lavender fields (in season), and perhaps take on the legendary Tour de France routes up Mont Ventoux.
Many local markets are within easy reach. The famous Apt market, dating back to the 12th century, attracts crowds every Saturday to find local products. You'll also find local wine and olive oil producers.
