„There were pluses and minuses to our stay. We wanted quiet…check. We wanted views…check. The grounds have a convenience store, and a cafe ( closed Wednesday and Thursday) nice feature. Close enough to Chama, check! However, the communication with the owner was hit and miss and that’s being generous. „If more than five stars were possible, both property and host would get them. It was a joy working with Michael before, during, and after our rental Very responsive and helpful. The property is jaw dropping beautiful. The rooms are large and well furnished. The rear patio is a great place to relax and listen to the river flow by. Huge kitchen, well stocked. Very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Do yourself a favor and rent this property for family or group. Well worth it. “

Cabin had everything we required including a big stack of firewood for the great fireplace setup.
