„Das Haus ist sehr schön, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Garten, den gerade die kleinen Kinder viel genutzt haben. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer. Auch war es sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.“

„Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt auf der Willow Farm. Die Lage ist gut, innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten erreicht man u.a. Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye. Ebenso gibts im direkten Umkreis eine Menge Castles und Gärten. Sogar eine Dampfeisenbahn fährt ein paar Kilometer weiter. Louise ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch gerne Tipps gibt. Das Cottage ist gut ausgestattet, eine schöne Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Dazu zwei große Schlafzimmer mit wirklich bequemen Betten. Außerdem ist - soweit ...

„We stayed here for a weekend, to attend a wedding nearby - two adults and two children (aged 5 & 9). The configuration of the apartment was perfect: there are two double beds on the top floor, all kind of in the same room but separated by a wall (it makes sense once you see it), which was perfect for us. „From the first moment it was perfect. The very warm welcome was amazing. Wir wurden mit einem tollen Blumenstrauß empfangen. Ein selbstgebackenes Brot stand beteit, sowie selbstgemachte Marmelade. Milch stand im Kühlschrank. Tee und Kaffee waren auch vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat uns mit seinem Charme empfangen. Wir kommen wieder!!!!“

„Die Wohnung ist schön und gepflegt. Im Dorf gibt es einen Spielplatz, Lebensmittelladen und ein Pub. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle. Aber die Busgesellschaft ist etwas unzuverlässig. Es kann schon mal sein, das ein Bus nicht fährt. Auch gibt es keine Verbindung zum 4 km entfernten Bahnhof.“

"Das Hotel ist ein sehr gute Adresse für 1-3 Nächte, wenn man sich Rye und die Umgebung ansehen möchte. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr bemüht, top! Allerdings ist es alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber! Wir hatten das Familienzimmer… Einzig die Betten in England, aua 😂"

"Besser als erwartet. Waren nur eine Nacht dort, das war okay. Zimmer waren sauber, Personal freundlich, aber man könnte mit wenigen Handgriffen so viel verbessern. Einfach mal die Fenster auch von außen putzen, Bilder und Feuerlöscher gerade hängen. Die "Out of order" Schilder an den Fahrstühlen werden einfach hängen gelassen, auch wenn der Fahrstuhl wieder intakt ist. Essen im Victorian Restaurant war sehr lecker und die Preise insgesamt in Ordner für die Umgebung."

"Der Name war Programm: Wir haben aus unserem Zimmer auf die weite Umgebung schauen können. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, das Zimmer hatte Charme. Der Empfang war grossartig und herzlich. Das Städtchen war toll und wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt."
