"The moment we entered the Ksar Annika we felt welcomed and in good hands. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent and they took care of all of our needs with grace and thoroughness. Our stay in Marrakech was made fantastic largely due to the wonderful treatment we received. The rooms were made up with thoughtfullness, the meals were delicious, the hamam experience was one to remember. The staff at reception is knowledgeable and they arranged transportation for us and made sure any trips we made were safe and of good value. We were sad to leave as we felt so much at home. If we return to Marrakech we plan to return. Thank you for everything!"

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Hotel selbst ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – sie haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht und standen immer mit einem Lächeln zur Verfügung."

Моя комната была на первом этаже с видом на сад и там ощущения были, как будто я в яме. Заходишь в красивый отель в арабском стиле , а в комнате оказываешься, как в Ibis. Это очень омрачает впечатления. "
