„Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. I eventually just started keeping the key with me because I didn’t feel like walking around the property to find someone. The sliding bathroom door was rusted and the wheel came off when I tried to close the door. It may be the area, but for some reason the toilet water had a light yellow hue. „Hotel is new and offers good facilities - the pool is great and well maintained. On the downside it is very noisy in the evening hours for hotel guests as many people are allowed to use the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful but they are a bit lost with reservations made on Expedia as they were not aware of the process. So some room for improvement but a place to stay in Calapan“
