Bright open floor plan, spacious rooms, mature landscaping, and a pool welcome guests to relax and enjoy our home. We supply very comfortable beds and linens, 3 tv's, 2 family rooms, formal dining, washer/dryer and fast WiFi. Please note, the POOL is NOT heated and the waterfall feature is not operational. This is a 2 story home, with stairs.

Other Things to Note:
⧫ NO PARTIES- This is a quiet neighborhood and the homes are close together. By booking, guests are agreeing to abide by our QUIET hours 10pm-8am. No guests will be allowed to gather in the backyard past 10pm as this is a disturbance to the neighbors. If quiet hours are violated, by booking this property, guests are agreeing to paying a $250 fee per night of violation.
⧫ Pets- please clean up after your pet daily as we have service providers scheduled on the property throughout the week
⧫ Tuesday late afternoon- Pool service, will access the backyard unannounced
⧫ Thursday morning - Landscapers services, will access the backyard unannounced
⧫ Late checkout will be charged at minimum an additional night stay
⧫⧫ Sometimes a 2nd weekly pool treatment is required and we are not notified
**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.
