This apartment includes one bedroom with a very comfortable KING sized bed! We also offer a roller bed for the living room with extra blankets and pillows provided, as well as a large couch that sleeps one person.

You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace, and you will never have an issue with our WIFI connectivity.

While you're here, check out the backyard area for some serenity before getting your day started. It also includes a firepit and outdoor grill!

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :)

Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Beautiful Property
This property was great & wonderful for our stay. We were in this unit for 5 nights, it was very clean & very peaceful. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. The property did not lack closet space but it did lack a chest of drawers to lay your clothes in. It did have a hanging cloth shelf compartment but after my hubby put away his clothes, there was no space for my items! Maybe 2 of those hanging compartments would be idea. We only contacted the Host, Mesha, once and she was right on top of my request and had things taken care of immediately. So, yes, we would recommend this property as well as stay here again. It was conveniently located to places we visited. The Mexican restaurant at the corner and the little coffee shop around the corner were great too! Visit this property soon!!

We came to stay in Sacramento from England for 5 days for the Ironman and it was perfect! A real home away from home and exactly what we hoped for. Everything was new, comfy and very enjoyable. We'd love to return next year!

This was perfect place to stay while visiting Sac. It was clean and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and lots of parking. I would stay here every time I visit Sac.

Comfy Stay in Sacramento!
This is a great place to stay! Very comfortable unit and nicely appointed. Super comfy bed! We had everything we needed! They even had bath robes; although we did not use them! Communication with Mesha was excellent! We flew in for a concert and the location was great! We either walked or rented electric scooters! Very close to Old Town Sacramento too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit!

The apartment was gorgeous
The apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was ok. There were signs we had to park elsewhere from 5 am to 12 for a m but then there was a massive shooting so I guess the event was canceled. I would definitely stay there again.

My family of four stayed here for a show at Golden 1 Center. Walkable and felt safe. This place is very clean and great location. Needs to be better accommodating for 4 people sleeping, but easily fixed with additional supplies. We had a great stay.

Gets the job done.
Looks just like the photos. It is a good place if you’re just needing somewhere to crash. If you plan on utilizing the couch as a bed, just note the bedding is in the couch (we couldn’t find them unfortunately until the next morning, there are no tips or direction on where to find the blankets for the couch) and it’s very basic and thin. Just enough to get the job done I guess. The couch is quite uncomfortable but there is a egg carton type foam mattress topper. The bed in the bedroom is also pretty firm. My cousin woke up extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The patio looks as described but don’t plan on enjoying the fire pit, there’s no wood provided. Not sure if that’s something maybe the host will allow if you ask ahead of time? Again, it was fine and a safe place to crash for the night. It mostly met our needs, had we been able to find the bedding for the couch.
