This home includes two bedrooms with very comfortable KING and QUEEN sized beds, and one rollaway bed.

You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace, and you will never have an issue with our WIFI connectivity.

While you're here, check out the backyard area for some serenity before getting your day started. It also includes a firepit and outdoor grill!

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :)

Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony.

Smoke filled townhouse
When we booked this location, we booked it as we had traveled from Southern California for a soccer tournament. We saw a large backyard, and a clean space and thought it would be perfect. When we arrive there was a slight smoke smell and the backyard was shared with four other units. After our nap three of the five of us woke up with a strong headache and when we asked the property owner the denied there was any smoke smell. I understand, If guests ahead of you smoke there's nothing you should do but denying it outright is not acceptable is not acceptable. We ended up paying again for a different unit so we would have a successful soccer weekend.

Good place to stay without kids
Overall property was pretty good. It was really close to downtown which is what we needed. My two issues were that A/C was not turned on prior to us arriving and inside upstairs temp was 95. Took forever to cool down. Back closet where cot was located had a plug in window A/C that was impossible to leave on while kids slept because of how loud it was. Last thing is everything smelled like stale cigarettes, i had to wash extra bedding and towels because of it before we could use them.

Quaint and cute
It was a lovely little house that was built a very long time ago. It has so much space as you keep walking through the house. Everything that we needed was there and there was a wonderful binder full of information to assist if we needed help. House was very warm and inviting. Definitely a great little spot if you want a place centrally located for downtown Sacramento. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Super nice place and very accommodating
The place was super nice. I had my family of 6 go and at first I thought it wouldn’t be able to sleep all of us but it did and very comfortably as well. It was very modern and cozy and had enough bedding and utensils for all of us as well as utilities like laundry and even a fire pit to make s’mores. It was very nice and I would love to stay there again. Lastly the manager of the property was super nice and genuine and helped me whenever I was confused about anything. Please go check this place out it was wonderful.
