The center of Saint-Briac, 1.5 km from the house, is charming and full of character, with its granite houses and narrow streets, and has all the local shops you could wish for: bakery, fishmonger's, pharmacy...

Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the house, offering a variety of atmospheres and quality catering:
- Le Nessay (at the château bearing the same name), 100 m from the house, a chic and very refined hotel, bar and restaurant. In high season, please arrive before 7:30 p.m.
- Le Rusti, 50 m from the house: a very pleasant restaurant with a large interior garden, offering a varied menu and good value for money.
- Au Deux Sardines, 200 m from the house (bd de la Houle): a very refined restaurant offering delicate cuisine and a regular change of menu - ideal for a romantic evening.
- L'Hermine, 2 kms from the house: Brittany's “must” for crêperies, with galettes and crêpes of consistently high quality, and reservations are essential in view of their success.
- Le Théâtre, a little further away (St Lunaire, approx. 5 km): atmosphere, decor and relaxed service, 50 m from the beaches.
