„My family of 14 people needed a place for all of us to stay for the holidays. The twin turrets was a great fit for what we needed. Everyone had their own bed, the bathrooms took a little time to get showers scheduled, since there are only 2 showers, but it worked out. The home was fun to explore inside and out. We went for some walks on the trails, enjoyed watching the ducks and geese, or just looking out at the lake. So peaceful! “

„We stayed in hideaway 1 for an event in the area. It was spacious for our needs. Way roomier than w hotel room and ideal if you have children that need a separate space. The property had everything we needed (and forgot) including shampoo a hair dryer and complimentary coffee. My only recommendation would be to find a space for a full size mirror. I would definitely stay here again. “

„This is the perfect place for a girl’s trip or family getaway! The property is gorgeous with lots of room for outdoor activities. „We needed someplace to stay while we attended a wedding a few miles away. This place was the best for our large group of 71 dog. The owner was very attentive to all of our questions and last minute accommodations when our dog sitter fell through. Enough space for everyone and the quiet surroundings allowed for even sleeping in the day after the wedding in peace. Thank you, Charlie! I look forward to using you again real soon. A!!“

„The listing is accurate. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and the towels plush. The grounds are peaceful and quiet. Adorable goats at the barn below you can pet and give grain to if you like from a .25 cent dispenser (candy for goat kids) The staff are friendly and helpful. Host is communicative and welcoming. A hassle free enjoyable time. Perfect venue for weddings and events. I recommend. “

„I knew we were staying in a historic house when I booked the listing but I didn’t realize the historic significance of the building at the time. The listing undersells itself and is an absolute steal. The home is extremely clean and has more amenities than you could ever dream of. Swing Around Funtown Critter Lane Petting Zoo St. Louis Zoo Wedding was in Bloomdale Overall everything was great. The only thing we couldnt find was the high chair for the baby. “
