„This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The infinity pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you want class and luxury this is the place to rent.“

„We booked this beautiful house to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and it was incredible. The house has everything you could want and more. It was clean and accommodated 16 people easily. The hosts worked with us and were a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this home, I didn't want to leave“

„This home is amazing, we felt like we spent a week living like the rich and famous! From the teenagers to the grandparent, it was everyone’s favorite vacation yet. No complaints, the house, pool, driveway and yard were clean and well kept. The view was stunning. The property managers were great and easy to get ahold of. „This house has everything you could possibly need- all the spices, cookware and beach chairs/towels you could need! The outdoor area is gorgeous with a beautiful table to enjoy breakfasts and dinner at home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made it comfortable for our family. „We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton vacation club. The service and staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious and located right on the beach. My children enjoyed stepping out to play at the beach each morning. My spouse enjoyed sitting on one of the three patios each evening to take in the idyllic views. „Overall had a great time and the accommodations were fine. Our property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only thing the listing did not include was that the laundry is located in the one bedroom suite downstairs and is only available to the top floor if the occupants downstairs allow. Luckily, the people renting the lower level the last week were very friendly and didn't mind us using it.“

Owners were great as they tried to help us out by giving us names of private taxis instead of us using our rented jeep. „Das Hotel hat eigentlich alles um ein SpitzenHotel zu sein. Aber... Ich fand daß Personal an der Rezeption eher mürrisch als freundlich. Ich finde ein Hotelzimmer in dem gegessen wird also mit Küche sollte mehr als alle 4 tage gereinigt werden, der whirlpool war total überchlort und der fitnessRaum war eher eine Ansammlung von 3 laufbändern 2 Fahrrädern 2 crosstrainern und kurzhanteln bis 15 Kilo. "For the money we paid we expected a clean and dry room. Unfortunately the room was not well kept. It seemed to be very humid due to the AC that doesn’t run when the room is not occupied. There was mold on our shower curtain and all fabrics and shelves seemed to be damp as well as our clothes after one night of staying there. Continental breakfast meant one piece of toast, one tea or coffee and some fruits. I had to discuss that our towels are changed twice during a five nights stay. We really didn’t felt welcome at the Tamarind Court beeing asked if we really want our towels to be changed because we are leaving one day later anyway. The beach chairs that were there for free rent were standing in the rain without shelter and due to this full of mold and rust. It would be easy for the Tamarind team to place them on a dry spot. The location to restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay as well as the free parking were good. The cleaning staff did a good job when they cleaned our room twice. They just couldn’t do anything against the mold and dampness. "
