The Space:

3 parking spaces. Do not park on the street.

Near the ski slopes of the St Sauveur summit 7 minutes from Mont Avila.
Water park 7 minutes away.
Kayak rental 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
Park (Baseball, ice rink, ropes course 3 minutes walk (in front of the chalet).
Walking trail 5 minutes walk.
Nordic pub Le Radis Noir with singer 3 minutes walk from the chalet.
