„The large front porch was great for us to sit out and enjoy the quiet mornings and evenings. We saw a couple of deer.Beds were comfortable. It was only a short drive into town.“

„The cabin is darling and in such a great location just off Main Street and overlooking the creek. It has a really large, multilevel deck that is enclosed so really great if you have children or pets. It included everything you would need for as long as you’re not planning to cook meals. And the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend! “

„The Property was great and they were extremely accommodating to the issues I had with my flight. Front desk staff was great and professional only issue was there was limited parking due to ongoing maintenance/ construction. I will definitely stay again when I visit. “

„Everything was available to make it feel like home. It was just as lovely as the pictures. So convenient with an H-E-B Store, Dining, and nice Parks in the area. The Host was awesome, friendly, and informative. “

„Everything was as advertised. Responsiveness of host was excellent. We couldn't find supplied for washing dishes and they dropped off detergent, rags, towels and scrubby sponges within an hour.“

„This house is exactly as it appears in the pictures! Probably even better! Seven of us stayed here for my mom‘s 70th surprise birthday and everyone absolutely loved the house and amenities. It was too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was used and enjoyed. The few questions I had throughout the visit were answered quickly. Would love to come back to stay again!“

"The facility was nice. Everything else was disappointing. In these high temperatures, not having a refrigerator is embarrassing. Every other hotel I've stayed in has had a refrigerator. A microwave would also be nice. Breakfast is not offered. Coffee in the lobby is ridiculous because it's a long walk away. The pool is also far from the room. And last but not least, I was woken up by a leaf blower right outside my room door at 7a.m.. That's very disrespectful to the guest. Lots of insects were walking on the floor. I'm glad I canceled a second night for later in time. There really needs to be better service here. Salado itself is a small, beautiful, tranquil place."
