„We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Count House. Its location was perfect ... easy beach access, close to the highway, etc. Everything we needed was supplied for us to enjoy the beach, cook our meals, or play games. There was only one full-size kayak with paddle and the paddle board paddle was broken (but we used it by kneeling on the board!). We would definitely return.“

„Because i have lived in Mystic, i knew exactly where this property was and it checked all my boxes. The location is so close to all things downtown Mystic has to offer. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Parking in Mystic has always been a problem, however now there is a huge parking lot at the end of Cottrel Street.“

„This was our second stay here this summer and was, by far, the most enjoyable. I spend most of my time on a walker and found this house most accessible. The weather was exceptionally pleasant so we spent most of our time outdoors. The house was beautifully maintained. I would give one of my arms to have the brass lamp in the living room, !!!“

„We highly recommend Hemingway Retreat and we will definitely be staying here again. The cottage is clean, cosy, comfortable and has a nice ambiance. Caitlin has provided some snacks, sodas and water as well as a Keuring coffee maker and a variety of coffee. The property is quiet and is only a short walk to town, (sidewalks all of the way) which during the busy season alleviates trying to find parking. Walking at night felt very safe. Caitlin and Chris met us upon our arrival and were helpful ...
