- The deck off of the kitchen has outdoor seating at a table for six and a gas grill...just 20 yards above the beautiful Arkansas river.
- A full living room with a comfortable sectional and TV with Roku. Games, cards, and books abound.
Lower Level:
- The King master suite includes a king bed, a club chair and sitting area, yoga mat and roller to use, and a walk-in closet.
- Step from your King bed outside, onto the large, private ground-level deck. Enjoy the sounds of the river and views of it from bed.
- The lower bathroom is large and well-lit, with new finishes and a walk-in shower
- A laundry room is available in the lower level for guest use
Upper level:
- The Riverside master suite has a comfortable Queen bed that overlooks the river. Seating on the balcony takes you even closer to nature. A desk and workspace create the perfect work-from-home setting, with excellent WIFI for Zooming. A large closet and Roku TV complete the bedroom.
- The Riverside bath includes modern lighting and fixtures, and a walk-in shower.
- The Mountainside master suite is slightly larger, with a Queen bed, loveseat sitting area, and huge windows that provide mountain views. A large closet and Roku TV complete the room.
Garage and Parking:
- The secure 1 car garage is available for guests, with additional street parking. A free, EV charger is steps away at the city building next door. Just plug in your car and walk back home!
Other:
- High speed wireless Internet provided and Roku TV (you’ll need your own subscriptions) are included.
- Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, as well as luxury bed linens and bath towels are all provided.
- Bring a beach towel for excursions to the river, one of the nearby hot springs or the Salida indoor town pool.
