This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. First, after arriving at about 10:30 pm on a Thursday Night, we checked into our first room. Upon entering the room, the large curtain providing privacy was broken and would not close, next as I tried to close the door, I found that the door would not even latch let alone lock. The toilet was not seated properly and rocked back and fourth, and when I went to call the front desk to tell them we could not secure the door, the phone in the room was broken. After talking to the front desk, they told me they had only one more room available, that had been refused by another customer, because the cleaning was partially finished. I was told that if I didn't want that room, the only other option was to refund my money for the 3 nights I had paid for. For me to find another hotel for 3 nights at the last moment was near impossible task. We chose the lesser of 2 evils, and accepted the half cleaned room. Upon entering the room, the beds were made, however the soiled bedding was piled up on top of the AC and chemicals were left on the floor. We pulled that stuff off and shoved them under the bed. On Saturday morning at 7:00, I was trying to leave to a 7:30 appointment. As I came out to the parking lot, I found another guest had parked behind me T-bone style. The front desk could not locate the owner of the car, even though I provided a pic of the parking pass with their confirmation number, and they refused to call a tow truck.
