Parking & Transit:
The driveway is right off the interstate intersection. Please use care as you are exiting the driveway. Street parking is NOT available and is subject to towing. The garage can fit two cars comfortably. The driveway can fit an additional two vehicles.

Trash & Recycling:
All trash MUST be bagged. Pick-up day is Wednesday. Recycling is not available at this property.

Home Specifics:
- This home does NOT allow pets.
- 7 bed spots are available. 2 additional spots are available on the sofabed in main floor living room. 9 total guests can fit at this property.
- Please take note of the listing location before booking. We have had MANY happy guests that have taken the time to review the listing in it's entirety. Guests who do not are surprised when they arrive. Refunds will not be offered for guests who are not pleased with the location.
If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was a user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.

1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
2. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties will be marked “Pet Friendly” on the listing, in the description in multiple locations, and/or in the images on the listing.
- If the property IS pet friendly, we allow pets at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA.
- If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property.
- Service Animals are permitted at ALL PROPERTIES at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable.
Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
3. Communication: Our guest services team is ready and able to help with issues that may arise. Communication monitoring is available from 8:00am - 10:00pm MDT on the booking platform of your reservation. If further assistance is needed, guests are welcome to text or call us outside of the platform. When reaching out please have the following information ready: The name on the reservation, the name of the property or address, and the city where the property is located. The guest may be redirected to information already provided in the listing or the booking platform messages.
4. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Guest requests are subject to our cleaning team's availability. As a standard, the fee is $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time. If several extra hours are requested, guests may be required to book the day before or after their desired arrival or departure day. 24 hours advance notice is required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
5. Tours: For short stays (1-15 days) in-person tours are not available. For guests looking to stay for longer than 15 days, reach out for information about in-person tours.
6. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing, detailed on the booking platform. Cancellation policies are firm. If the dates of the initial reservation are rebooked by another guest after a cancellation from the original guest, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
7. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. The property may be able to sleep more guests in beds and non-traditional locations (sofas, couches, and/or air mattresses). Reach out with additional questions regarding occupancy, as it varies per property and county/city jurisdiction. Additional fees may be assessed for guests staying at the property above the number indicated on the reservation.
8. Reservation Changes: If a guest needs to change the dates of their reservation or the number of guests on the reservation, please submit a “Reservation Alteration Request”. Guests may be subject to adjustments in price due to the alterations made. The host reserves the right to deny requests.
9. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included in the reservation. If additional items are needed, the guest is responsible for purchasing items for use during their stay.
10. Lost and Found: Guest items left behind will be held for 14 days. If guests believe they left an item, reach out to our guest services team via the booking platform. Items can be shipped to past guests for a $20 fee, plus the cost of materials and shipping. Payment must be received prior to shipping. After 14 days, items will be considered abandoned.
11. Acceptance of State of Property: Please survey the property upon arrival and communicate any pre-existing damages to avoid being charged for damages from previous reservations. Guests have the first two hours after check-in to report any issues. After that grace period, the guest accepts the condition of the property and will be subject to damages found after check-out.
12. Receiving Packages: Reach out to guest services for questions regarding receiving packages at the property, as it varies per property. The host is not responsible for items that are shipped to the property. For reservations longer than 15 days, the host may require a guest to sign a lease agreement outside of the booking platform or ask the guest to have packages delivered to another location or post office.
13. Pests: Professional pest control is required at all properties and is something taken very seriously by the host. If an unexpected bite or rash is reported, guests must seek medical attention to confirm the cause. If a medical professional confirms that the unexpected medical condition is due to pests, the host will contact a third-party pest control company to verify the presence of bugs in the property. Based on their report, appropriate action will be taken to control the pest, mitigate the damage, and make amends with the guest.
14. Locked Out: If a guest locks themselves out of a door with a key, guest services can instruct the guest on accessing the lockbox. If it is a door without a key, guests will be required to call a locksmith at their own cost. If someone from the host’s team is dispatched, a $60 fee will be assessed.
15. Moving Furniture: Moving furniture is not allowed.

Our daughter was relocating to Salt Lake City for work, renting an apartment in Sugar House. The location of this house was perfect - only four minutes from her apartment. And because her furniture delivery was delayed we had the ability for her to stay at the house with us. Plenty of space for us to relax together in the evenings. The kitchen was also perfect for preparing and eating meals.

We loved this quaint little place! It was perfect for six people while we were in town for a family wedding. Other than the dicey driveway off the freeway (which we got the hang of), it was clean and cozy! Would visit again!

Great location in Sugarhouse but some issues to be aware of
The neighborhood is awesome but the house is located right next to highway 80, so there is noise. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and the mattress on the bottom should be for kids only as it was not comfortable for an average adult. There is no bedside table or lamp in that room. The kitchen was somewhat stocked but there were no mixing bowls. The smoke alarm went off for 30 minutes with no reason and it was highly disruptive. They did respond afterwards so it did not happen again. Main 2 bedrooms were fine and bathrooms as well. Office nook was nice and private. All appliances worked. Consider black out shades in all bedrooms. Check out instructions were not sent until after 9am the day of check out.

Beautiful, spacious and clean
Beautiful place, clean and easy to get to. The parking worked well for us and we did not have any of the access complaints others listed. We found it easy and convenient with great parking. Mgmt company was responsive. The bunk beds were too loose/wobbly to use both beds but the basement sofa was huge and suitable for a young adult to sleep. The bunkbed seemed like it would be an easy fix to tighten and so expect it’s been addressed. Overall great place to be - we’d stay there again.

Best deal in Sugarhouse especially for skiers
I read all the reviews before booking...and I disagree with a lot! This place is CLEAN...tons of amenities (TVs galore, 5 towel pieces per person, throw blankets, enough coffee pods for lots and lots of people, lotion shampoo and bodywash in each bathroom....salt and shovels for snow and safe traversing.....). Had a little snafu at start with the management company...but they were always available via the VRBO platform. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a response. And yes,,,,getting to the driveway and garage is a "thing"....but do it once...and you will get the hang of it. But the real reason I loved this place...was the garage. Dodge Durango with ski rack easily fits...plus the owners have a rack as you enter the house for coats/boots etc. Perfect location and wonderful amenities for skiers! Special thanks to management company for all the wonderful communications.

This place was absolutely perfect for our recent trip. The location allowed us to ski, outdoor climb, visit the University of Utah, and tour downtown SLC with ease. The place was clean and well equipped to meet all our needs. The garage parking was an additional well appreciated amenity. Would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Get central location to ski the Wasatch
The house was very comfortable. It was well laid out with plenty of space to stretch out after skiing the famous powder. Beds were comfortable and the tv in the family room worked well. Kitchen had all essentials. Located near many restaurants and about 45 minutes from Alta if there hadn’t been a lot of powder seeker traffic. I’ll be back.

The accommodations were adequate but left lots to be desired. The property is appointed with the bare minimum (one towel per person for a 4 day/3 night stay, no hair conditioner, hair dryer or hangers provided.) The master bed was appointed with some type of mattress topper that was split in two, so there was a gap in the middle of the bed. The home was 88 degrees when we arrived and we battled the air conditioning through the entire trip. We would set at thermostat at 69 and return later in the day to it being set to 77. When I contacted the management group, they responded with “oh interesting” and no apology. The door locking system was very finicky even despite watching the video on how to make it work. Finally, pulling in and out of the driveway was very dangerous given the access is exactly at the end of an exit ramp off the interstate and traffic is heavy in that area. Overall, this house provided a roof over our head while we moved kids into dorms and got them settled in SLC but we will not be back and will not be renting from the management group again.

Really enjoyed our stay for a soccer tournament in SLC at the Regional Athletic Complex (just about 15 minutes away). Unfortunately it was 100 degrees each of the 4 days we were there and the cooling system just couldn't quite keep up, at least in a couple of the bedrooms. It was fine and we all had an amazing time, but that was a small negative, and why we only left 4 out of the 5 stars possible. Location is great in terms of easy access to I-80, but... as other reviews have noted, it is a little challenging to get in and out of, depending on the time of day (Friday late afternoon: not easy) and what you are driving (a 15 passenger van is not an easy maneuver). Otherwise, we really enjoyed ourselves and the home and location worked out excellent for us.

We enjoyed our stay for the property and the location. It was a good set up for our adult family. Furniture was nice. It looked as pictured and had a few amenities. We were there for 8 days so we cooked a lot. The kitchen is large and stocked well. However, they could use the following if you plan to cook: oven mitt, new frying pans (the handles are coming off), large mixing bowl and extra kitchen towels. The third bedroom needs a nightstand and lamp to make more comfortable for adults in that room for this length of stay. The host was quick to respond and let us know information when needed, which was great. I strongly encourage renters to park in the front of the property as the driveway is right off a freeway exit. Not easy for in and out. You would think it would be very loud but with the fencing and the house fan on you don't notice it so it is not a distraction. We all slept well. There is a nice view of the mountains from the living room. We would return.

SLC stay was perfect!
Very nice, updated home. I loved the residential area and driving around looking at all the older homes that have been kept up very nicely. We did not have any issues at all with the house, everything was great!!!! updated fixtures, lighting, furniture. and... the most comfortable bed pillows and linens. I would highly recommend.

Very comfortable for 5 adults. They drive crazy in sugar house so be careful parking in the side driveway. Water was piping hot no issues with multiple people showering at the same time. Kitchen was easy to make breakfast for 8.
