Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.
A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

Guest Access:
Our guest will receive a parking fob upon arrival of the apartment. You can park in the east or west parking garage. Parking is not assigned, so you are welcome to park in any space. Charging stations are also provided for EVs.

If you enjoy electric scooters or bicycles, "Lime" and "Spin" have scooters and bicycles everywhere in the city. Download the apps and it will tell you where they are located.

Nice place with a very good central location. Walking distance to groceries, good places to eat and it has great parking. We were there because my daughter was having outpatient surgery and the easy location and quiet apartment was really good for her to rest. Kitchen was nicely equipped and everything worked as it should. Definitely would stay again.

Good walking location lots of restaurants and grocery store. Nice garage parking. We drove to the airport 11mins and gas station right by the apartment to fill up before you return the rental cars. Great communication with the rental company.

Super close to our favorite places and quick and helpful responses from host. Great kitchen that was well stocked. Bathrooms are too dark and need a renovation but very very clean so not a big deal. We put the baby in the master closet with the door cracked lol because the shades are sheer. Will stay here again!

Great place and location
Very good communication with management. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattress in both bedrooms was very good. We slept well. Lots of soft towels. The location is convenient with access to the street car and in walking distance for some restaurants. The drive to the ski resorts was not bad at all. If our travels bring us back to SLC we would stay here again.

Great location but…
Pros: Great location easy walking distance to trolley square and Temple square, close to trax, close to restaurants. Apartment is nicely set up! Cons: The owners were very strict on not talking to anyone in the complex and letting them know it’s a VBRO! Owners love to threaten with a fine for staying too long or not doing what they request. Threaten to kick you out immediately if you talk to the leasing office instead of them! (Felt shady) The last day of our stay we discovered a bed bug( took pictures), owners denied that was what we found! The apartment is clean and well taken care of, just don’t know where this bug came from! Owners refused to discuss this further but assured us they had experts come in on a Sunday and fully check the apartment!

Very happy with this property
I was really impressed with this property. Communication was excellent making the check in process smooth. The place looked as good as it did online. The location was great. The covered garage was super handy since it snowed most of the time. Beds were comfortable. I utilized the gym twice which is a main reason I picked this place. I’ll definitely come back to SLC and will stay here again.
