An adorable clean and well equipped house, which offers a fully air-conditioned interior living space for those who are afraid of hot weather and an outdoor living area with dining area and sitting area, for all those who wish to enjoy the heat of the tropics without forget the BBQ, friends of your grill various and varied. Both bedrooms have a terrace that overlooks the garden and pool.
The proximity of Las Ballenas Beach, the fishing village and the center are undeniable assets for this charming twin house.

The villa is composed of a well equipped kitchen, with oven, microwaves, blender etc all open on the living room. A sofa bed can accommodate two additional people with a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the floor each room has its bathroom and its terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a 200 * 200 King Size bed and the guest bedroom is equipped with two Twin Size 100 * 190 beds. Storage cupboards and safe available to tenants.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village. The price per kilowatt is 15 pesos or 0.30 USD.

The daily consumption is on average 10 KW per day, using the air conditioning of both rooms about one hour per day. (That is 3USD per day). At higher use of air conditioners, consumption can be multiplied up to five times compared to the estimate made. Your consumption will depend on your use of all air conditioners. They are new and therefore less greedy in electricity. Remember to turn them off during the day.

The whole villa is accessible to travelers.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
