„Gutes hotel “

„I've stayed here several times over a period of years. The staff are ALWAYS terrific! Free breakfast included -- a bonus, but limited variety if you stay three weeks as I do. Occasionally there's hot water for a shower. The rooms are starting to look run-down, but compared to other places, this is still a very good place to stay.“

„Schönes Zimmer, alles zur Zufriedenheit, allerdings gibt es ein Kritikpunkt: Obwohl die Buchung für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind “Frühstück inbegriffen” gebucht wurde, verlangte das Hotel, dass das Kind(8Jahre) für das Frühstück zahlen müsse. Trotz Hinweis auf die Buchung bestand das Hotel darauf und verwies auf Hotels.com… Das sollte zwischen den Vertragsparteien geklärt werden, als langjähriger Kunde war ich etwas enttäuscht…“

„Nach meinem Aufenthalt in der Junior Suite war ich dieses Mal in einem Standardzimmer. Das ist natürlich deutlich kleiner, aber ausreichend. Das Bad ist allerdings so klein, dass man sich so grad darin drehen kann. Auch hat man hier eine Küchenzeile, die man sich mit drei anderen Zimmern teilen muss. Kochen darf man hier aber ohnehin nicht. Im Raum selbst war ein Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Personal ist hier überaus freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist in Ordnung, ...

„Obviously, the property is old already. I checked in on this hotel when it was still Hotel D Angelo and it was a bit okay. 20 years after, hotel needs to be renovated. Very evident that it is really old. No shampoo and soap provided. No dental kit, no free bottled water and no toilet paper. To think that its rate is expensive compared to other hotels in the same area“

„Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.“

„The area was nice, conveniently located in the downtown area, and the staff there is excellent. They also provide a free breakfast as well. There were some insects in the bathroom, but that is not unusual in Tacloban. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.“

„The hotel rooms are large and the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and all the facilities work. The staff is friendly and helpful, they offer a number of snacks and drinks and the prices are civil. The only negative side is that there is no lift (elevator) and you have to climb at least 2 stories to reach your room. Luckily, staff and security are more than happy to help.“
