"The room was old and shabby and the roomservice did no good job. Included breakfast was not more than basic, struggling every day with ice-cold, hard butter. They offer meals for extra pay but it's definitely not worth to eat there. It was nice to sit on the balcony which leads to the rooms. The garden-site was nice and green. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful and nearly the only person from the staff who talked decent english."

"The Outrigger is a hidden Gem in Apia. The staff is exceptionally friendly and keen to help with qny request. The rooms are comfy and clean and the garden beautiful. "

"Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Poolblick. Auch das Bad war geräumig. Zum Abendessen gab es eine Auswahl verschiedener Gerichte. So war es nicht schwer, das Richtige zu finden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als unser Auto nicht ansprang und wir zur Fähre mussten halfen uns mehrere Mitarbeiter und mit Starthilfe gelang es dem Chef schließlich das Auto in Gang zu bekommen. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank!"

"I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel and I had a wonderful time! The staff is very caring and friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is solid. Only negative aspect is the location. The hotel is at one busy road leading into Apia. So it was a bit noisy from time to time. "

"wonderful personal service, everybody really wants you to feel "at home". We very much enjoyed our time at the resort. Highly recommended."
