Dieses schöne drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, 1800qm Haus befindet sich in einer exklusiven gehobenen, ruhigen, grünen Nachbarschaft. Die 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Betten für 8 Personen sowie ein Sofa im Hauptschlafzimmer, das sich zu einem Queensize-Bett hin öffnet. Ein Klappbett ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Beide sind sehr bequem! In diesem Haus können insgesamt 11 Personen schlafen. Es kann bis zu 10 Personen einschließlich Familien mit Kindern passen. Es ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch der Hauptanzug verfügen über Smart-TVs, die Sie mit Netflix und alle Kabelkanäle, WLAN und Waschmaschine und Trockner nutzen können. Es gibt eine offene Terrasse, wo Sie grillen und in den schönen Außenpool springen können, der auch als Hot-Tub genutzt werden kann, um die süße texanische Brise und das Sonnenlicht zu genießen. Sie können den Neighborhood Golf Court nutzen, der nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Du wirst es lieben!

Perfekt gelegen in der Mitte von allem!

Overall, it was a really nice place to stay. Nice pool, clean property, excellent location. The water pressure in the masterbath was low. A few of the games shown in pictures in the gameroom werent there, although the additional bed was nice for the kids.

Family Vacation
Great neighborhood, felt safe and close to everything we wanted. We visited six flags, SeaWorld, the Alamo and Natural Bridge Caverns and were within 25 minutes or so of everything. It’s close to a grocery store and Walgreens. The house nicely accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool is smaller than anticipated, more for lounging than swimming and we had a little trouble with the heater but the host was very responsive in handling it. I’d suggest bringing your own pillows and don’t forget a hair dryer. The fridge doesn’t have any shelves in the door but we made do with what room we had. We didn’t find any extra trash bags, dish soap or dishwasher tabs but didn’t mind purchasing them. I used the washer and dryer and they worked fine. The game room is fun, the kids really enjoyed it. It would be cool to put a TV in there! We used the kitchen all week and it was nice to have the bare necessities available, I was thankful for the muffin pan. Overall great stay.

To be honest I am disappointed in this property and owner and would normally inform but all of these issues he is well aware of but still posts old pictures of the house when it was in good condition and newer. I flew in to TX for a funeral and had a family of 9 scheduled to stay. My brother and his family of 4 arrived and saw the issues and left to the Westin and refused to stay. My son Stayed 1 night and opted to leave after seeing the 2 BBQ pits grill surfaces were rusted (we bought food to grill), pool wasnt properly filled and squirting from the jets across, we had to fill it, bottom of the pool which scraped your foot and built up dirt on the tiles. The hammock is torn, faded missing support strings and one persons bottom side hit the concrete when he got in and only 130 lbs, the umbrellas and pillows are faded and STAINED. The wood floors had the kids foot bottoms black. The kitchen kcup coffee maker barely worked and ran water down the counter, the Fridge is missing all of the door shelves, The blinds do not open all the ways only swivel, Master Bath shower head is full of calcium and spits out with low pressure and grout needs a serious cleaning, The floral bedroom closet handle kept falling off and the rollers and tracks to keep the accordian doors on was defective, The curtains for the master bedroom would fall down with the slightest pull to open or close them. There was no broom or mop anywhere in the unit. Hoping for the cleaning fee back and any amount refunded

Great location in quiet neighborhood
After a VERY stressful check in process due to not receiving ANY access instructions until 3 hours AFTER the property was supposed to be available, we pretty much enjoyed our stay. The pool heater didn't work for the 1st 2 days, but the property manager was apologetic and got it fixed as soon as possible and sent us pizza. The location is great...everything we wanted to do was within 15-20min drive in any direction. House has a fun game room that our children enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay in this large home. There was a lot of space and the game room and pool kept our kids busy during our time at the rental. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within 20 minutes of popular attractions. It is an older home with some wear but overall a positive stay!

One night stay
This house was perfect for our one night stay before our early flight. We had a family of 11 traveling with us and it was very spacious. The heated pool was loved by the kids as was the game room. I rated 4 stars because some parts of the home were updated and new and others were noticeable that they needed some updating. But again it was perfect for overnight stay.

Very beautiful home, and it had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was a favorite for everyone as well. Very clean too. We loved that they provided things such as clothes soap and a lot of extra towels and bedding. They even had a high chair in case you have a little one like we did.

Overall our stay was very nice. Pool was on the small side but we still enjoyed it. Master bathe has so much natural light from skylights, however ceiling needs help. There isn't mold but it does have what looks like water damage. Also when we arrived kitchen sink was clogged, I reached out to property representative and was fixed by the time we were back from dinner. Our teenage boys loved the play room, with pool table. We all enjoyed the time together in the home.

This house had enough space for all of us. It was in a great location, no more than 20 minutes away from our destinations. The pool/game room were enough to entertain the children while we were at home. If we return we would stay here again. Daniel was very quick with responses. He said he was going to be away and would not be able to communicate with me, but was able to provide me with a backup contact in case of an emergency.

Great week in the sun!
My family and I rented this home for a week. We have 2 teenagers and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The location was perfect ...a close drive to all the San Antonio attractions but still nestled into a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The pool area is not large but it was perfect to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The fact that the pool was heated was an added bonus. We spent a few nights playing pool in the gameroom and hanging on the back deck. There were a few improvements since the photos on VRBO...there is a new lovely privacy fence, new furniture on the deck and a pergola with lights and a sectional beneath it. Great for relaxing after dark. It's an older home with a bit of wear and tear but nothing that bothered us. Daniel was wonderful to work with and responded quickly each time we reached out. Everything was fully stocked down to extra garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and even toiletries. We can't say enough wonderful things about our time spent at this property. We would definitely book it again.

Pretty nice home.
Overall, a pleasant place to stay. The description of the pool and hot tub was a bit misleading. There was a pool that had some jets in it but I wouldn't call it a hot tub. Temperature was difficult to get warmer on the cool days we were there. And, we added water numerous times which only made it cooler. Not the best pool experience we have had. Probably wouldn't be bad if the weather had been warmer. But, definitely need to look at why the water is going down all the time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. If you are planning to cook, this is really not the place to stay.... it has a difficult set up to do so. Very limited kitchen supplies. We like to cook suppers at the Vrbo's we stay at. If cooking is not your thing on vacation, then this place is perfect for you. We just like to have that family down time in the evening. The game room and pool were a nice addition to the family vacation.

Very Nice Experience
The property manager was super responsive. The house did have some flaws and the spa wasn’t as great as I had imagined, but all in all it was a very nice place!
