Kommen die Texas Hill Country besuchen und in diesem riesigen komplett renoviert 3000 Sq Ft 2 Geschichte Guest House mit Pool auf 5 Gated Acres bleiben. Wir haben zwei große Wohnbereiche, 4 Schlafzimmer-1 King, 1 Queen und zwei Etagenbetten mit zwei Einzelbetten (alle Betten verfügen über einen Memory-Foam-Topper - aufblasbare Queen-Luftmatratze für zwei weitere Schlafplätze, falls erforderlich) 2 Badezimmer (und eine Außendusche!) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche für alle zu sammeln. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Pool und ein Spa. Entspannen Sie sich an der Feuerstelle und kochen Sie einige Gerüche. Und unsere Open-Air-Dusche im Freien ist eine gute Möglichkeit, den Tag zu beenden. Zur Ausstattung gehören 2 Flachbild-Fernseher, Wi-Fi, Kabelanschluss, DVRs, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Trampolin, Spiel Fort, Grill, viele zusätzliche Parkplätze und vieles mehr. Es gibt sogar ein Büro oder diejenigen, die ein wenig Arbeit zu tun (BOO!) 2. 5 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Boerne, 12 Meilen von Six Flags, 22 Meilen von Sea World, 30 Meilen von der River Walk in San Antonio, und wenige Minuten von den örtlichen Weingütern. Ich habe zwei Hunde, die durch das Anwesen streifen, beide Frauen, beide freundlich, aber einer ist territorial, also tut mir leid - keine Haustiere Property Manager (das wäre mir sein) lebt in seinem Haus 80 Meter entfernt, so Antwort auf jede Frage, die auftreten kann, ist sehr schnell. Bitte nicht rauchen.

Perfect Home for All Ages
We took our grandkids for a family vacation and could not have picked a better place! Our grands range from 20-7 and each one had a blast at this home. Beautiful home and pool with plenty of toys, hot tub, games in the house as well. Robert was extremely helpful and available if needed. This by far has been our favorite rental of the many we have had. Boerne is a great town as well! Everything you need just minutes away!

We (two families - total of 4 adults and 4 children all 10 and under) had an excellent time in Boerne Hill Country. The house was amazing with plenty of space and stocked with all the necessary amenities). The kids loved the pool, trampoline, and open space to run around! Our host instantly replied and answered any questions we had. We definitely recommend this property for families and children! If we are ever in the Boerne area again - we will return!

Bunk Beds?
Was not happy with the idea of two bunks for 4 people. We are all seniors and no one wanted a top bunk. Only had 2 to stay in bunk rooms, so bottom bunk was fine, (full size) bed. This was a golf outing, so we didn't take advantage of pool or hot tub, but they were beautiful. Our host was courteous and very helpful.

Amazing property!!!
When looking at this property for our vacation rental we were impressed with the pictures, but pics have impressed us before and we ended up underwhelmed. So we read the reviews and suspected they were too good to be true but we but the bullet and rented it and were so glad we did. This place is beautiful in every aspect, the pics and reviews don’t lie! I loved looking out and seeing deer among the live oaks on the neighbors property, the pool was clean and crystal clear, the house was spotless. The owners communicated well via email and phone and were very pleasant. They have items stocked in the house in case you forgot something and even some medical supplies of the need should arise. I would gladly give this property a rating exceeding 5 stars if it was possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The guest Ouse was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and three children. The pool is very nice. The property of in a beautiful location in a very quiete country setting. We loved watching the deer and wildlife and spending time in the beautiful Texas weather! The landlords dogs are especially friendly and our kids enjoyed watching them patrol the property. The landlord is on site and available to help in an instant! Despite them being there we had to a of privacy and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely recommend this to any family needing a nice getaway. Lots to do!

Perfect girls' weekend retreat!
DJ + Robert were so kind + the property was the perfect setting for our girls' weekend retreat. We had the BEST time, feel refreshed + relaxed, + are already making plans for our next trip. Boerne has a small downtown worth visiting. The Rim (shopping in San Antonio) is about 20 minutes away + Fredericksburg about 35 minutes. 10/10 highly recommend.
