This beautiful house is the perfect balance between a modern home surrounded by San Antonio's rich history and lifestyle! This large, new home is located in a peaceful area in Downtown San Antonio, (5 min drive to the Alamo, Riverwalk and all major attractions). It includes a master suite, covered patio with BBQ grill & Hot-Tub. Cable & wireless internet throughout the house. It’s remodeled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms. You will have private parking.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 10 people. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of parking. I can assure you will love it!

Awesome location to visit all the downtown attractions. The house is located in a popular up and coming neighborhood, just minutes away from the Riverwalk, Alamo, Alamodome & downtown, few minutes away from tons of restaurants, bars and shopping and lots of other attractions. This is one of the best spots you could find in San Antonio.
3 min drive to Alamodome.
5 min drive to Alamo and Riverwalk.
5 min drive to River Center mall
You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.

- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

Please note -
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat.
- Hot Tub maximum temperature can reach up to 95 degrees.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.
- Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

Book at your own risk
The house was dirty throughout like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while. The hot tub had entirely too much chlorine that my daughter and I smelled like chlorine all day even after showering (we also developed an itchy rash from hot tub). The front bathroom didn’t have hot water so some of us took cold showers and when asked just for washcloths and about a light issue it took more than 24hrs to receive message since no reply was given before we went to sleep. There was multiple trash cans blocking the drive and trash (beer cans and water bottles) spread all over yard when we arrived.

Renovated house close to downtown San Antonio
Overall this vacation rental is a good place to stay if you plan on visiting Downtown San Antonio, The Riverwalk, The Alamo, The Tower of the Americas, etc.. Getting around town from this location was super easy and it only takes about 5 minutes to Uber downtown. It is on the East side of town, which many people mentioned to us that it’s going through a gentrification phase right now. There’s a lot of older homes mixed in with the new ones so the neighborhood looks a little sketchy because of this but we didn’t run into any issues and it was pretty quite and laid back.

The house is located near downtown having quick access to San Antonio’s best attractions; such as the Riverwalk and Stratosphere. We had no problems with the neighborhood. It was a Friday night and neighborhood was silent. Loved the coziness inside the house, living room and kitchen area were also great. We had a great talk in the backyard too enjoying the jacuzzi and the atmosphere.

Such a lovely home and stay! Definitely recommend.
The property was beautiful just like the pictures. I was very pleased with the space and especially the cleanliness and size of it. It was very close to the Alamodome and to all the places we visited while we were in town. There was a little issue with the hot tub, for some reason the breaker kept tripping and all the lights on the patio would go out until we reset the breaker. it happened several times, so we just unplugged the hot tub to be able to enjoy for a little bit. There was also a very high level of chlorine in the hot tub so be sure to take your jewelry off before entering. The only other very small issues were there being no lock or latch on the master bath and there was no sugar for the coffee. Other than that, it was such a lovely home and getaway. I would definitely recommend.

Great location!
The location of this property was perfect as we had a toddler and an infant, so we wanted to be close to all the action. The river walk is a short drive, and the zoo and Fiesta Texas weren’t too far away either. We took advantage of the hot tub in the evenings after long days out and about. The AC didn’t work when we arrived but it was probably one of the first warm weeks of the year, and the owner responded quickly and had an AC tech out to the property to fix the AC as soon as possible. Once it was fixed, it worked like a charm, so we all slept comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, no complaints there. There were some neighborhood chickens and roosters that roamed around. The roosters weren’t much of a bother in the mornings as they didn’t really crow. And if they did, each of the bedrooms had box fans that we would turn on to drown out the noise. Overall, it was a great stay for our family!

Daniels house was perfect for our stay in San Antonio. It was myself and my 4 teenagers. The house was nicely remodeled and very clean. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. We loved the hot tub every night. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in also. Daniel was responsive and checked in on messaging often to make sure we were good. The neighborhood is indeed transitional, but everyone around was friendly and we felt perfectly safe. If you need an affordable house near downtown I highly recommend staying here.

We just use the home for one evening. We were a group of girls and it’s unfortunate that there was no access to the backyard from the house. We had to go out in the front yard in order to get to hot tub and the neighborhood is a little shady at night. The house itself was clean and nicely remodeled. Convenient location
Property was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to be. We spent quite a bit of time out on the deck but were unable to use the hot tub as it had not been cleaned in quite some time. I think this property just needs some attention to detail to be a 5 star rental (barstools that are actually sized to the counter, mirror in hallway bath, towel bar that holds more than a hand towel in the master). I also wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot, we all wound up with extremely dirty feet..gross. The internet went out during our visit and the host was able to get if fixed which was very helpful.

This is a great property and close to the Riverwalk! Needs; Two new toilet seats that stay up; a mirror in the first bathroom. If you are going to show a foosball table in your pictures, make sure it is a good one and not one that disappoints. Otherwise, very nice! :)

Great place to stay! Literally 5 minutes from downtown!
Me, my husband and our three kids stayed here. The place was amazing! The house was newly renovated, so everything in the house is brand new. The beds in the house were also so comfortable. The area that the house is located in, is in it's developmental phase, but we felt safe at the house. We also had a small Discrepancy, but it and us was taking care of very well. The only thing that I would say that could have been improved, is the check in information could have been sent to us before we arrived, especially after driving for 16 hours. Other than that, we really enjoyed the house immensely. Some of the cool features about the house is the hot tube, foosball table, and the hammock. We didn't get to use any of it, due to the fact of having small kids, but it was great that it was available. Thank you Daniel! We will definitely book your place again.
