The most frustrating part of staying here was that I was overcharged. I made the reservation through Expedia and was given one price. When I checked out of the hotel I was charged more. I asked about it and the employee told me that the extra charges would drop off. The extra amount did not drop off. I called three different times to speak with someone about it. Three different employees took my information and said that a manager would call me back about it. It has now been a month since my first call and no one has called me back. I have been with Expedia for a long time and this is the first time I was charged more by the hotel than the price Expedia said I would pay.
As far as our stay it was ok. The breakfast was not consistent. One day there was a lot of food and the next day there was hardly any. An employee was emptying the garbage cans, wearing gloves, and then the same employee was restocking the food, wearing the same gloves. That really grossed us out.
We also experienced the very loud music till 2 am. When we called about it, we were told that it would happen every night. We were not offered another room.
When we checked in all of the parking spots were filled. The employee instructed us to park in the fire zone.
It was kind of up and down with our experience but after not hearing back from the hotel about the extra charges, it was a really negative experience.
