Close to seaworld perfect to be able to get there early and see all performances. The main road had lots of homeless the house does have cameras on the outside but definitely locked the doors.

The house completely served our purpose and we had no issues. The gas station and store in backyard was a little noisy at night being close to bedrooms. The house had the necessities needed but was a little dated and carpets upstairs had stains.

BMT Grad Week
Unless you like to stay in a property that is not kept up…and very dirty, don’t choose this property. I should have listened to the honest reviews that said this place needs a deep cleaning. It needs that and much more! When we opened the front door and the handle was very loose, we should have known! I did contact the owner and asked him to come clean the home because it was not clean. He came and cleaned the requested areas, but honestly, he needs a new cleaning company! This house could be so nice. The best part of this home was the swing in the tree out front…and the large, cozy furniture in the living room. The master bed was also very comfortable. There is a car alarm across the street that goes off a lot, even in the middle of the night..and the gas station lights keep the house pretty well lit inside at night. There is a crinkled up and ripped plastic sheet on the bed upstairs that is very uncomfortable.

Very fine house, more than advertised! Clean and generally well equipped (lacking can/bottle openers). He did provide a crock pot when requested! Excellent location for getting around (sometimes the nearby main road was noisy). Overall a great place to stay!

Deep Clean
Pros: location (15-20 mins to Lackland), close to restaurants/ grocery stores, layout of the home was accommodating for our group of 6, having 3 full bathrooms plus a half bath was great for getting ready at the same time and the pool table kept us entertained. Cons: The home could definitely use a DEEP CLEAN, carpet was not vacuumed, cobwebs, dust build up on the ceiling fans, base boards had build up along them, oven had white baked like residue so we did not use it, stove top had burnt marks around the heating elements, kitchen could use more cooking amenities, toilets on the main floor were loose. I did contact the host and host replied saying that they will focus on these issues after our stay. Hopefully the host does because the home has great potential!

Quick Seaworld Stay
Pros: Close to Seaworld, restaurants, grocery store, shops. Master bedroom bed was comfy. Washer/dryer are large. Lots of room and bathrooms, though some toilets wobbled. Pool table is a nice touch. The house worked for our needs. Cons: Hot tub was nice, but a tad too hot. Instructions on how to work it would have helped. Carpet and couches are in need of a deep cleaning. Guest beds were very hard. Exxon station, behind the house, had bright lights that lit up the bedrooms. Mosquitoes were terrible while in the hot tub. The yard was not kept up. Could not access Netflix, Disney Plus or Hulu. They all asked for owner to receive a verification code via text. Cable runs from the game room, across the hall to a bedroom, into the closet and back out the other side, down a wall, behind the bed to a cable box. Perhaps buried under carpet would be a better solution rather than being exposed.

The property is in need of a deep, clean cobwebs under the furniture and the kitchen area. Ceiling fans need to be clean and more face towels are needed. The yard needs the weeds to be pulled and grass cut front and back. However, the location was great. The size of the property was great Plenty of room.

Clean and close to BMT graduation
The house is clean and comfortable. Was a great place to relax after BMT graduation. 15-20 minutes from base. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for my elderly mother who recently broke her ankle. Beds are comfortable. Had a great relaxing stay, would stay again.

Great house!
We enjoyed the location and the size of this house to spread out in. The hot tub allowed us to have some nice family hang out time in the back in the evenings. Super close to Sea World and lots of restaurants and shopping. The host was VERY responsive to all our questions and needs! Highly recommend.
