Welcome:
Upon your arrival, we request your arrival information to organize your check-in process smoothly. You'll complete a brief check-in form digitally before arrival, and we'll send you our personalized digital guidebook, complete with a welcome letter, personal recommendations for exploring the island, and helpful information and telephone numbers. Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Family:
For families traveling with little ones, we offer a BABY PACK for an additional fee, including a cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit, portable bath, and child-friendly dishes. Please request this before your arrival, as it's subject to availability.

Cleaning:
Rest assured, cleanliness is our top priority. You'll find fresh, clean sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and tea towels provided for your convenience. In the bathroom, we supply a courtesy use of hand soap, moisturizer, and a gel/shampoo dispenser. For stays over one week, we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets for your convenience.

Car Rental:
We highly recommend renting a car before coming to Lanzarote, as there is high demand. We work with a reliable local company on the island to provide special conditions for our guests. Simply send us your arrival/departure airport times, and we'll send you a free quote. Our rental package includes local tax fees, anytime free cancellation, no deposit payment required, fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometers, and a second driver included free of charge.
