„It was great value and quick cab ride to anywhere in the city. The cafe food was too sweet or too salty for me. I paid for everything online, including breakfast. The online site asked for my children's age and I entered it, so I assumed all breakfast was paid for, but when we went to eat breakfast, they charged me for my eldest child (10 yrs old) which confused me.“

„I had 3 giant stains that looked oily upon check-in, they changed the sheets soon. There wasn't an easy way to pull out the sink drain stopper so I had to call the receptionist to call the technician. The pool and rooftop restaurant were beautiful. You had to request the clothing steamer, it wasn't already included in the room. Room needs some paint and the mattress should be changed “

„There is a moldy, musty smell inside the room may be caused by poor ventilation. It took a while falling asleep because of the loud baby cry coming from one of the rooms. We were woken up by a heavy wall banging from the adjacent room that took like 30 minutes long.“

„Citadines Roces Quezon City all have been extremely accommodating. The security personnel; the front door man, Romz and others; front desk staff; housekeeping and room services all felt like they went out of our way to assist and accomodate us regarding any concern and request that we had. The room was excellent and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy! Thank you all for a wonderful stay at Citadines Roces.“

„Stayed in 1010 for 3 nights. Arrived very early in the morning, but Red Planet had 24hr reception and I was able to check in with no problems. There was a double bed, with thick covers and the mattress was super comfortable. The room also had a mini fridge, a safe, a table work area and chair. The work area had plenty of electrical sockets and even 2 USB slots. The bathroom was bright and modern. Soap and shampoo were supplied in the walk-in shower. "Man hat sich gut um einen gekümmert. Alle waren freundlich nett und hilfsbereit. Einrichtung wirkt teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für mich ist das kein Problem. Es war sauber, und gut instand gehalten. Da nächste Mal gerne wieder."

"Es war ausgezeichnet wie immer! Wir kommen schon viele Jahre hierher, bekamen sogar einen Upgrade😄! Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, die Staff, CJ, Queeny, Sir Don, Jessa, Fehbie, Neil, Rogen, Amer, David, Beni the poolattendant and Grace and Rona, alle anderen natürlich auch, äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen 👍freuen uns jetzt schon 😄"

"Also das war einfach von vorne bis hinten ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren eine Nacht dort weil wir einen Anschlussflug am nächsten Tag hatten. Das ganze Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders Harvey hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Auch unsere Koffer könnten wir noch den ganzen Tag nach dem Check Out im Hotel hinterlassen. Top Service!"

"I stayed at Solaire during New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell short of expectations. The property is a casino resort and seems heavily tailored to casino players, leaving limited options for non-gamblers. The New Year’s Eve party was exclusively for casino members, and while another show was available, it was sold out. For non-casino guests, there wasn’t much else to do, making the experience underwhelming. The room had issues as well. The air conditioning was dusty and didn’t cool effectively, which detracted from comfort. Dining was frustrating. At a restaurant within the casino (not operated by Solaire), service was slow—it took 45 minutes to get our food, and not all meals we ordered were served. We left after paying for what we got. Adding to the disappointment, we requested two champagne glasses at 9 PM and only received them at 12:40 AM—after the fireworks. For a hotel costing €1500 for three nights, this level of service is unacceptable. Solaire might work for casino players, but for others, it lacks inclusivity and service quality."
