Das Haus verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten mit Vollbad im Obergeschoss und ein Doppelstockbett und Vollbad im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt eine Terrasse auf dem Dach mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Es gibt auch Balkone auf jeder Etage mit Blick auf den Ozean. Es gibt ein Einzel- und ein Doppelkajak, die Sie benutzen können. Sie können den kleinen Strand am Fuße des Hügels von zu Hause aus oder den Pool am Eingang zur Halbinsel genießen, der einen Strand, Cabanas, Essen, Kajak, Paddle-Board- und Tretbootverleih und natürlich Cocktails bietet. Ihre Kosten für den Tag betragen 100 Pesos um 6 USD. Sie können Ihr eigenes oder unser Kajak mitbringen, um die Höhlen in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Guaymas ist die nächstgelegene Stadt ca. 15 min. Great Stay - Will Return When Back in San Carlos
Nice property / Michael (host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Quiet area - great view - has everything you need. Was there on business / pleasure and found it to be a very nice stay. Suggestions for improvement - maybe update the directions to include “follow the number signs” to the property. The streets in this development are a little confusing if you have never been there - but the numbers are sequential and there are signs everywhere telling you which numbers are which way. Initial visit - so that was the only challenge upon arrival - but Michael was available via telephone to sort it out. Once at the property - was a great stay - stayed for one week.

Incredible view!
We had an amazing stay at Michael's place! It was our first time in San Carlos and it won't be our last! We fell in love with the people, the beauty of the mountains, the organ pipe cactus, and the incredible turquoise water! The house has the most incredible view and was very comfortable for our party of 8. We traveled during an unusual heat wave, so we appreciated how well the AC worked. Suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade the mattress in the Queen master suite as it was squeaky and a bit uncomfortable, provide more towels (we had 6 for our party of 8 and had to share), and put games, puzzles, and music in a visible location. We didn't realize everything was in a small drawer under the jukebox until our last day. There was also a cockroach under the bed in the room we stayed in but it was dead, so thank goodness the exterminators are doing a good job! There were some minor maintenance issues with the downstairs shower drain, but not a huge deal. Michael made check-in very easy and was very helpful. Everything in San Carlos is so nice. We ate at some of the best restaurants (Mercado, La Zurda Beer Company, Las Heraduras, and Doria Rosita in La Manga is a must!) We also did San Carlos Sunset Cruises to celebrate my son's 18th birthday and it was a trip highlight!! Bahia Delfin is a beautiful beach with soft sand and so many shells - and we saw dolphins!! San Carlos is just wonderful and we will absolutely return!! Thank you for sharing your home with us Michael!

Fantastic. Everything we needed was there already. Even had two 5 gallon bottles of fresh water, a bag of ice in the freezer, and a new tub of coffee for the mornings :-)

Best view in San Carlos
This home was amazing! The neighborhood is secure and has 24 hour security, the roads in the community can be steep in some areas and narrow but it’s manageable. The home itself was better than expected, the pictures do not do it justice! The views were the best if experienced in San Carlos! The home was well equipped with what we needed. Location was really great close to the marina, bars, restaurants, shops, everything was very accessible. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us 🙏💛

Great vacation property
I visited with my husband and kids (ages 16 and 8) during spring break. San Carlos is a wonderful town- and the Caracol Peninsula is a quick drive to everything. The listing accurately shows both the beautiful house and the amazing views. The host was responsive and generous- they really thought of everything to make this an easy and relaxing trip. 5 stars!

Great home base for a visit to San Carlos.
Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Very comfortable home in great location. Unfortunately we had no water for over 24 hours and would have liked the owner to be more available for problem solving.

Wonderful Location
The view from the balcony over the San Carlos Bay was just as spectacular as described. We visited several restaurants in the area and were impressed with all of them - Tortuga's, La Calaca Tacos y Cerveza, Casa Manolo, and Colibri. My only disappointment was that I couldn't manage transporting the kayaks to the water. Perhaps you should consider a small cart to enable this portage.

Beautiful views
This house is beautiful!!! Lots of space and places to hang out. We spent the majority of time on the patio enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. The kitchen was fully equipped. The is lots of light flooding the house everywhere, of you like to sleep late I would recommend an eye mask and ear plugs. I would recommend that you get a 4WD or AWD vehicle to navigate the neighborhood. The road to the closest beach is very steep, but the beach is beautiful. Definitely use Michaels directions vs Google Navigation to use the best roads and easy access to the house. There is lots construction going on in the gated community but they seem pretty considerate with the time. If you do not cook, you will have to drive into town for restaurants. You could walk but it would be a climb back to the house. We found a number of great restaurants close by. Lots of American style food available. Knowledge of the Spanish language would definitely help but it's not a requirement. We will be back to enjoy the views, food, and weather.

another flawless stay
This is our 4th time staying at this property! What made this trip a great experience was Michael's communication when things went wrong. There was a storm the day before we came that knocked some power out. He called me Friday morning to let me know what was going on so that we could plan accordingly. He checked in repeatedly to make sure things were going smoothly and asked if we needed anything. In addition to having a five star home, Michael is a five star host who goes above and beyond.

Such an amazing home!!
The house is located in a very nice location with absolutely incredible views from everywhere in the house and is a 2 minute drive from an amazing beach with the perfect amount of shade all day long! The house itself was very comfortable, clean and perfect for my family! There are many rooms and everything is spread out well, there was an amazing balcony area with gorgeous views and very comfortable seats!

This was a jaw-dropping experience, and would highly recommend this home to others looking for an incredible place to stay while in San Carlos. The view alone is worth it. The location was surprisingly easy to find with the given directions. I suggest dropping a pin to make it easier to navigate to and from. The guards at the gate are friendly and accommodating. Although I wouldn't recommend going in the heat of the summer - it was still a good trip!
