„We had a lovely stay. The property is in a great location with beautiful views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. The floors were quite dirty when we checked in but I called the management company and they resolved the issue immediately. We would definitely stay here again. “

„The Pristine Harborside Balboa Retreat made me want to move to the island, but after looking at the prices, VRBO is better. Lots and lots of space at this house. We had grandkids (4, 2, and 1 month) plus their parents and a 26-year old son and wife and me and had plenty of room. Great location. Ferry is just down the road. Main St is less than a half mile. Great Mexican place on the corner. Canal just three doors down. Front patio gets lots of sun...enjoy. We will be back...since we aren't ...

„Every room has an ocean view. I liked the fire pit at night. We checked in and brought a cooler of food that fit nicely in the full size fridge in the kitchenette. The pillows were my favorite firmness which hardly ever happens at a hotel/motel. Easy walk to all the food places. Nice seeing the train go by below the property every so often. “
