„The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.“

„Die Unterkunft sah auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus als in Realtität- Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und es müffelt etwas. Das Hotel ist zur Hälfte eine Baustelle. Es erinnert sehr stark an ein billiges Motel. Die Bäder sind gut und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich.“

„Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht und einfach. Für eine Übernachtung reicht es. Wir hatten Ameisen bei uns im Zimmer“

„Zimmer hatte eine grausige Ausicht auf eine Bauruine. Im weiss gefliesten Badezimmer klebten schwarze lange Haare auf dem Boden. Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Viele Einrichtungen (Jacuzzi, Sundeck) waren nicht in Betrieb. Personal größten Teils überfordert. Value for Money stimmt nicht. Könnte mit etwas Hotel-Know-how eine Perle werden. “

„Leider die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer Galapagos-Reise. Unser Zimmer war schmutzig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher befleckt. Es gab einen Wasserspender, das Wasser hat aber sehr nach Chlor geschmeckt. Das Personal war leider überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Wir haben abends nett gefragt, ob wir die Waschmaschine nutzen können, da wir 2 nasse Handtücher hatten und am nächsten morgen früh abgeflogen sind, damit wir die nassen Handtücher nicht mitnehmen, da es in der Wäscherei kein Wasser gab. Obwohl ...
