„The home is located exactly where we wanted to be to visit the museums and not too far to reach the beach. Was shocked how quickly we could get to the zoo. Probably saved us tons of time not having to navigate through CA traffic. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the house. The house is well setup and quite comfortable. It’s clean and nice to find someone that doesn’t cheap out on the little stuff such as toilet paper. The only slight issue was parking on the street but it’s not bad. “

„Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und es hatte alles, was es braucht. Auch Point Loma ist ein super Ort mit dem nahen Meer etc. und doch nicht weit von San Diego Downtown. Den Verkehr der Strasse hört man im Studio bei offenem Fenster gut, in der Nacht ist es aber relativ ruhig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :-).“

„This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!“

„We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive. ...

„Very spacious and well maintained property - although lounge/living areas quite dark without windows - but excellent level of equipment in kitchen and all very clean. It was near-impossible find out if luggage could be left early or with a concierge (on arrival) - and it should be made clear BEFORE booking that you’ll have to use bounce.com - also on the day of checking out if you need to leave luggage. No problem with noise from bars or restaurants below - and terrific area to stay in, “

Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage

"Immer wieder ein tolles Hotel mit perfekter Lage und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. So langsam etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an der ein oder anderen Stelle sichtbar wird, aber es wird punktuell verbessert, zuletzt ein neues Aufzugssystem, das wirklich super funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt, top! Komme sicher gerne wieder."

"Hotel an guter Lage, die Zimmer sind jedoch extrem hellhörig und man versteht jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Zimmer mit Veranda direkt beim Pool nicht zu empfehlen - jeden Abend ist laute Musik und es läuft ein (Kinder)Film am Pool. Daher eher laut. Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch alt. Das Frühstück ist gar nicht zu empfehlen - es gibt nicht einmal Toast / Brot etc. und gerade einmal eine Frucht. Preis von $25 ist viel zu teuer."

"Das Resort mit seinem Pool hat uns gefallen, es liegt gut, doch kann durch angrenzenden public beach sehr früh und spät laut werden. Wir haben auswärts gegessen, so dass wir zum Restaurant und dem airstream Snack nichts sagen können. Wir haben über Expedia eine Nacht verlängert, die aus unserer Sicht aber zu überteuert war. "

"Sehr zentrales Hotel, Zimmer ruhig und sauber. Im Bereich Promenade gibt es einen Starbucks und Foodladen fürs Frühstück. Im Hotel ist alles mega teuer. Der Poolbereich ist für so ein großes Hotel zu klein. Aber wegen der excellenten Lage würde ich es wieder buchen "
