Room was not what we reserved and was dirty. Bedding was wrinkled like they pulled from the dirty laundry pile. Pillows were old and worn out. Room smelled of mildew/mold causing horrible allergy attack. Two towels for 3 people causing my daughter and I to have to share. Called front desk regarding everything and BERNARD was rude , condescending, insulting and even laughed at me as I tried to explain all of the issues and asked for a resolution. His answer was, “‘then leave but you’re not getting a refund at all”. We had only been in the room for 5 minutes when I called downstairs to let them know the room was not a handicap accessible room like I had reserved, and that we were going to be unable to even take a shower because we requested an accessible shower. Instead, he laughed at us and said “oh well then I guess you should find another hotel”. it was absolutely atrocious the way we were treated, the room was disgusting, the bedsheets had a big yellow stain on it, I had to go to Walmart to buy blankets and pillows to put over it so we could sleep on it… I had to put a ton of Lysol in the air so we could breathe and we had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes because it was filthy.We had no other choice because all the hotels were pretty booked if not sold out due to multiple competitions at SDSU. We stayed here in November and it was nice, this time they put us on the third floor. It was a trash pit. The parking garage toms of debris like old a/c’s & vacuums.
