☆ Living and Dining Area: The spacious open floor plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and socializing. With plenty of natural light streaming in, this area is both inviting and comfortable.

☆ Parking: While there is plenty of street parking available, please note that the lower unit has access to park in the driveway.

☆ Outdoor Space: The upper unit features a balcony without a gate, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. The lower unit has a fully fenced backyard, which you may occasionally share with other guests.

It's close to several shopping centers, including Plaza Bonita, which provides a variety of retail and dining options. ☆ Access: Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. Please note that you may see other guests in the driveway or backyard of the bottom unit. If traveling with extra guests or need the extra space, the bottom unit can be rented separately. ☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
