-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a nightly fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-The 3rd floor queen master bedroom is a loft-style bedroom and does not have a door.
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does not include AC, home does have ceiling and portable fans.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

There is a tandem, semi-covered 2-vehicle carport . There is limited additional public street parking or public island parking lots, a 3-4 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
