Very clean, central location
The unit met our needs and was in a very convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent. It’s on a very busy road, so a lot of traffic noise when the windows are open, but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

My family enjoyed our recent stay at Sand Dollar Villa. I initially was looking at hotel suites for our family of four’s visit to San Diego. This was comparable in price and so much better than a hotel. It clearly has been recently renovated, was very clean (I am super picky) and well stocked. The towels were great (again, I am picky). A Trader Joe’s was nearby. (I have food allergies so I need to cook or make meals for myself.) The location is very convenient, with easy access to local attractions. This was another reason I chose Sand Dollar Villa, almost everything we wanted to visit was 15 minutes or less away. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions. I definitely recommend Sand Dollar Villa!

Family Visit
The VRBO was as cute and clean as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had. We were in San Diego to see family and could prepare a couple of meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the neighborhood The only negative was the busy 4 lane street in front. However, it tells you that in the information and we knew it was a busy street. I would highly recommend Sand Dollar Villa and would stay there again.

The house was clean and comfy. It was close to everything (SeaWorld, Port, SD Zoo). Had everything we neede (except Washer and dryer), but there were laundry places around. I was surprised how quiet it was considering it was close to traffic. Would recommend!

The Sand Dollar Villa was very clean and the owners were very responsive. It’s on a busy street but the private parking space was perfect. Was worried about road noise but bedrooms are away from the street and we never heard a thing. Would definitely stay again.

The property is excellent. Super clean and just as shown in the pictures. Check-in was easy and the hosts were great. The traffic on the street was busy at times but nothing that was overly disruptive. The television was a little tricky - instructions would have been helpful. Nice visit
Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever experienced. Appreciated a lot about the stay - location was fantastic, parking was very easy and steps away from the front door, and even though the place was on a semi-busy street, there was no road noise that you could hear once you closed the door. The place had everything you needed regarding kitchen items and bathroom supplies. The TV was a little confusing. Living room and kitchen area furnishings were modest, but the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The weather was a little cool and the furnace was effective, but it was dated as there wasn’t a wall thermostat. You had to open the bottom of the unit and turn the knob to adjust the heat.

Great location
This property is located in a great spot. Apears to be recently updated and very lite inside. However located on a very busy five-lane street. Bring your earplugs. Traffic noise is constant. Also, bedrooms worked out great for us we were only three adults. Couldn't imagine anything more than a child could sleep in the pull out bed. The couch is an IKEA uncomfortable couch situation. Also, luckily we paid for optional insurance as the paper towel holder in the kitchen broke and the owner filed a $15 claim against the insurance.

Loved the home! Check in was easy, the house was very clean and welcoming. Great location. Easy walk into town, the bay and the beach. Comfortable beds and actually very quiet even though on a main road. Found a great Italian and Spanish restaurant within walking distance. The host were easy to reach and very supportive. Loved our stay and definitely will be back

Sand Dollar
This was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. My wife is very picky and she give Sand Dollar an A+++. Not only was it clean but it was extremely well equipped, it lacked nothing. The location was great we walked to different restaurants each day. The beautiful sandy beach was just a short drive away. We loved our stay there.

Wonderful Stay
We had a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. They did everything they could do meet our needs- even got us measuring cups for the kitchen. There space is well maintained, simple, and clean. The property is close to beaches, attractions, and great restaurants. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
